Welcome to your perfect lake getaway! This spacious 4,000 sq. ft. home is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking to relax, play, and make lasting memories.

The main house features:

Two master suites upstairs for ultimate comfort

Two additional bedrooms downstairs (one with a queen bed, the other with two full beds) sharing a bathroom

A well-equipped kitchen, dining area, ice machine, and cozy family room with a smart TV

A loft with a sitting area and games for extra entertainment

A walk-out basement with ping pong, a sit-down arcade game, a 60” smart TV, comfortable couches and a beverage fridge

Step outside to expansive decks on both levels, offering breathtaking views of the lake.

Just 50 steps from the main house, the guest house provides extra space with:

Two full bunk beds & a queen bed

A full bath, kitchenette, and TV area

The outdoor space is truly the highlight, featuring:

Three spacious decks with stunning lake views

A new concrete dock with a large swim platform, TV, refrigerators, Bluetooth speakers, and two kayaks

35 feet of fenders to tie up a boat or jet skis (no boat slip available)

A quiet cove, perfect for swimming and relaxing

Located at MM 4, you're just minutes from great shops and restaurants. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, this lakefront retreat has everything you need for an unforgettable stay!

Pet rules:
One dog is allowed with prior approval, and the fee is $50 per day which will be added during booking.
Please keep pets on a leash when outside and never leave them unattended outdoors.
When pets are left alone inside the home, they should be crated or kenneled.
We ask that you pick up and properly dispose of pet waste.
To protect furniture, please provide and use a cover (blanket/throw) if your pet gets on the furniture.
Excessive hair on furniture or bedding, or not managing pet waste, may result in additional fees.

We had a wonderful week in the Ozarks at this house with our adult kids. Clare answered any question we had quickly and made check-in and check out a breeze. We spent most of our time on the dock and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect in the Four Seasons area with a quick drive to the strip. Would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing lake home and dock!

Our multi-generation family spent the week in this wonderful home! The dock was amazing. Everyone had a great time kayaking, swimming and just floating in the lake. The tram came in very handy! Would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed time on the water. House accommodated all of us nicely...loved the kayaks. A big spider issue on the dock and decks,a good power wash would have gone a long way to eliminate the problem. All in all we had a lovely time

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We're glad you enjoyed your stay! For some reason, this year the spiders are more active than any other year all around the lake. Our property manager does power wash the webs frequently but we can't seem to stay ahead of them. We have hired a pest control company to spray the entire interior and exterior of our home on a regular basis. So, thank you for letting us know this was a problem and we apologize for the inconvenience!

Lake living at it's finest

Online pictures for this property simply do not do it justice. What an awesome lake house. Very spacious, especially given the added guest house, which was great. Careful thought was clearly given to all areas to ensure maximum enjoyment for guests: seating to lounge on the decks, an awesome deck to enjoy the water, a martini deck with fire pit, a game room, a comfortable living room for movies in the evenings, a well equipped kitchen for family meals, and plenty of bedrooms. This was the perfect place for our annual reunion with our best friends family and all the kids.

GREAT Property

We stayed here for a week with another family and it was the perfect house for us. There were 9 of us total and plenty of space.....could have even fit another family. The house is great! We had a few rainy days so really appreciated the ping pong table and video game machine in the basement. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a couple meals and the dock was AMAZING!!!! The house is also in a really good location off the main channel. Easy to get to the main channel but in a nice quiet area. I would definitely stay here again! Oh, forgot to mention the tram! Very useful when you are tired of walking up all those stairs!

Lakefront disappointment

Outside living area was filthy the hot tub was disgusting with mold and moss everything was covered in cobwebs and spiderwebs very unkept outdoors. And at the end the owner wants to make false accusations about using bleach and an iron whenever my party didn’t use either. Very unappreciative, I believe she if filing a claim just to get a new table through insurance. Her table wasn’t damaged.

We would like to clarify that the hot tub is indeed not set up for guest use and is not listed as an available amenity. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. Regarding the cobwebs, as our property is located by the lake, it is a natural environment for spiders that are active year-round. We make every effort to clear out cobwebs between each guest’s stay, but they can reappear quite quickly. We are committed to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests and will continue to address this issue as best as we can. After your stay, our cleaning staff found that our dark gray comforter and a towel had been bleached, and there were burn marks or white marks on our ping-pong table. We have photos documenting these issues. We take pride in maintaining our property in excellent condition for all guests which is why those items need to be replaced or repaired for our future guests.

World-Class Experience

This was a fantastic property! The dock is incredible, and they have such incredible amenities. We hung out on the water the entire time, with the great sound system and GIANT lily-pad. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Very Clean and Very Fun! The guest has is a great Bonus too!

Great time at the LOTO

Couldn’t tell how many steps were involved to get to the lake from the pictures. The guest house was musky but my wife and I took it and didn’t mind too much. The home itself was nice and all were happy with the accommodations. The tram was a big god send in lieu of the 63 steps from deck to dock. The water heater went out the first day but was fixed by the end of the night so kudos to the property managers. They need quality adult floaties at the dock. All that were available to us were cheap, children type blow up toys that were already leaking or insufficient for what’s expected and needed at this price point. The paddle board excited us but the lack of a paddle deemed it useless. Shawn, the property manager, was a great guy but didn’t come through with getting me the floating devices he said he’d bring by. They won’t allow you to turn down the thermostat below 72 without warning you’ll be without air conditioning for the duration of your stay as it’ll blow fuses. The check in was good and in fact the owner offered to let us in early. There were no condiments, limited trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels and other staples you’d usually see. Perhaps it was due to CoVid. Not the end of the world as we picked these up at the store and left them behind. Hopefully the next guest can used them. By far my biggest disappointment was the number of stairs to the dock. Beautiful home, calm waters for swimming, great location, great host and property manager was nice even though he didn’t get us our requested floats due to a miscommunication and the lake of the Ozarks is a ton of fun!

I really appreciate you taking the time to leave this review. We just bought this house in January and have been working hard all winter and spring to get it ready for our own use and for our renters. Although we did a lot of work to get it ready, we ran into delays with labor and materials so couldn't get it where we wanted it by this summer. We couldn't agree more about the musty smell in the guest house. We cannot figure out where it is coming from and will be working hard to get rid of it. We also will be fixing the AC in the loft so that the temperature can be adjusted below 72. We did start the summer with more adult floaties but they seem to have disappeared or were damaged so haven't replaced them. We have asked our house cleaners to dispose of any condiments that are left in the refrigerator to comply with Covid safety guidelines. And regarding the TP, paper towels and trash bags. We do provide 2 rolls of each and 6 trash bags for each new renter and hope the cleaners left them for you? We list that in our information sheet so renters know ahead of time. Thanks again for your feedback and renting our house!

Fun Family Get Away

My husband, 4 kids ranging in age from 18 to 12 and I had a great time on this property. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own beds and plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Morning coffee on the deck was a must and from then on we spent our days on the dock swimming and fishing. Having the fridge on the dock was great as we were able to take our drinks and food for lunch to the dock so we could enjoy the water all day. The sound system was a great feature also! The tram to send our stuff down to the dock was so helpful also! Great feature as it is a long haul back up the stairs. The property manager was great. Any issues we had, he took care of them promptly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Family Reunion

The house was clean and well equipped for 14 guests. Had a few problems with appliances but the property manager quickly resolved the problem. Loved the boat dock area!

Great property and location

Our group had a fantastic time at this property! There was ample room in the house for everyone, and the dock was a great place for the group to hang out at the lake. The owner did a great job communicating before hand and during if we needed anything. Would recommend!

Great Lake house

Our family + friends had a very enjoyable week at this property. The house has been recently updated and is clean and in great shape. Our boys claimed the guest house and thought having their own space was fantastic. The property is spacious and easily accommodated us (2 couples and 7 kids). The dedicated ice machine was an unexpected bonus during the hot days. We booked this property for the large dock and it did not disappoint. It has both covered and uncovered lounging space and includes two fridges and a sound system. (Note however the owner's boat does occupy the slip) The cove is quiet and great for swimming / paddle boarding. We were able to launch our boat at the nearby Wheelhouse marina. ($10 fee if manager is there.) Fuel is also close by (Big Thunder - one cove to the east) Teens enjoyed the good wifi coverage which included the dock. Communication with the owner was good. The local property manager gave us a tour of the property when we arrived and was very attentive to any issues during our stay.
