Located in Washington, in the Coral Ridge complex, you are surrounded by Southern Utah's beauty and adventure. Enjoy breakfast watching golfer's tee-off at #4 hole of Coral Canyon golf course; and facing the western red rock mountains with spectacular sunsets in the evenings. Just a chip-shot away or start your afternoon at the community pool right next to the property. The Pointe of View is the perfect vacation home for golfer and families alike!

This beautiful 3 bedrooms / 2 bath has beautiful views of both the Coral Canyon golf course and Zion mountain range. It can comfortably accommodate 8 guests but can sleep up to 12 with the assistance of 2 sleeping pads and 2blow up mattresses. Take advantage of being within walking distance to the Coral Ridge pool and clubhouse, and spend your day lounging by the pool. Enjoy a day of fishing in the Coral Ridge Pong that fills fishes weekly. In the evening, warm your heart and hands by the 2 cozy indoor fireplaces and witness some of the most beautiful desert sunsets around. Whether you are here to golf, warm-up, or sightsee; the Pointe of View is sure to be your new desert home!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! It was very well stocked and organized. It was conveniently located near the pool, so we could easily walk each day. The view was perfect for sunsets and wonderful for enjoying a cup of coffee early in the morning when temperatures were cooler. Easy location to different restaurants, parks, and convenience stores. Wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy this vacation retreat. Thank you!

St George/Zion

This unit was clean, and with great space. We enjoyed the back patio and view of the golf course and mountains. The unit is also a 2 minute walk from the pool, which was clean and well maintained. I would 100% recommend this unit with out exception. It was 10-12 minutes from anything in ST George and a 40-45 minute easy drive to Zion. Communication with owner was great as well. Very pleased with this stay.

Clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The home at 1889 Coral Ridge was clean, roomy and has a beautiful view overlooking golf course and hills. We felt safe in the community and the neighbors were very respectful of our privacy, and we did not hear any excessive dog barking, or people after hours. We would definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful home

Everything was great, aesthetically & functionally. There were two small points of concern that I hesitate to share bought thought you would want to know. We had children of crawling age & I spent some time on the ground with them. The area rug in the living room was really “yucky”. It appeared quite dirty and caused me pause. I put a blanket over the rug anytime the littles were crawling in that area. Secondly, the fan in the room I stayed in was super dusty (it was the room that shares a wall with the kitchen). I didn't look at fans in the other rooms and I don't know how quickly dust collects but wanted to let you know

Great Condo

The condo was great-- much bigger than I expected. Very clean, everything was well labeled, and it was nice that there were some spices, etc so I didn't have to purchase those for cooking. It was a good location as we were able to access Quail Creek, Sand Hollow and spent a day at Zion. Fishing pond was close by and entertained our 14-year-old. We were near the pool-- but it was always packed with people so we didn't venture there. The view out the back was beautiful- I just wish our weather would have been a little more cooperative. The only real issue was that the one bedroom didn't have a blackout shade-- and the sun was pretty bright in the morning. Would definitely recommend!

Incredible stay!

We had an incredible stay at Pointe of View 1889! The place was gorgeous and immaculate, with a beautiful view! It was super comfortable with all the amenities you could possibly need, including a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and a spacious garage. The kids loved the community pool that's right across the street. Check in and out was extremely easy, and communication with the team was quick and reliable. We would have loved to stay even longer, and we hope to be back!

This well appointed duplex was perfect for a family gathering. Well laid out for plenty of space. The condo was beautiful and clean. Everything we needed was there. The pool is right across the street and had plenty of space for all the Memorial Day travelers. My favorite part of the location is the fantastic red rock views on the patio. Beautiful Home

We rented Coral Ridge 1889~Pointe of View for a week in March for two couples. The place was great. The layout of the home is very nice. Beautiful views of the golf course from the living room and patio. Quiet subdivision with non-driveway parking for any additional cars. Located close to swimming pool. Home is well stocked for self-preparation of meals. Master bedroom suite is very spacious. Owner pays attention to details----I've never stayed at a location that stocked spare batteries for remotes until now!

Third time at this location. This is a great 3 bedroom home. The patio is on the 4th green. Great views of the golf course and surrounding area. The pools, hot tubs, and club house are great. This group will be back.

Coral Ridge

We enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient for those wanting to use the clubhouse/pool area. The patio had plenty of chairs & a table for outdoor dinning. The view from the patio was fantastic and is the real selling point. We would have liked at least one umbrella on the patio to give use shade from the afternoon sun. The beds & furniture were very comfortable. The main bedroom & one front bedroom had minimal privacy at night since the shades were see through. The one front bedroom window shade let street light into the room making it very difficult to sleep. The kitchen was very well stocked. the refrigerator was large but the icemaker did not work. The garage was large and very clean. It would have been nice to have a garage door opener for the car instead of having to get out & go through the house to open the garage door from inside. This is a very nice property I would recommend , hoping the owner/property manager addresses these simple fixes.
