We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Snow Canyon Escape at The Ledges! The home was spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, the little touches throughout the house made it feel extra welcoming.The location was perfect — close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. We had all the information we needed before and during our stay.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway. It exceeded our expectations in every way!

Working with Dan was very easy and they communicated very well. St. George is a beautiful place and the golf was challenging and fun. Highly recommend this as a golf trip destination.

Great location at ledges golf

We had a great time at the pool and hot tub. The pickleball courts are visible from the back porch. It was nice and spacious. Thanks for a great stay

Perfect Getaway

It was super clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. Everything was easy. The pool was warm and we loved the hot tub! It was a perfect place for a quick getaway for our large family.

Very nice rental house

Reviewer Comments: Everything I need from direction to getting inside the house upon arrival were emailed to me while in advanced and then again a day or two prior. Was easy to navigate to. The house was very nice and clean and I could see hole 9 of the ledges golf course from our back patio. Only real downside is that the water pressure was abysmal. Which most certainly wasn’t the end of the world, but just know that going in. Everything is was very much to top notch!

Great condo

This a a great place to stay for a family, however my son stepped on broken glass when we arrived. There were several shards on the floor some next to the basket meant for shoes. Otherwise this condo is as described. I was disappointed in the lack of concerned reaction from the management company.

Beautiful, but Problems!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At first glance, we were pleased and excited about the property. Then things went downhill. Upon arrival, we saw there were ants in pantry and on the kitchen counter. So, we didn’t use the kitchen until it was debugged. Then, there was no hot water anywhere in the unit. I notified the number listed to get things fixed. We had plans to go on an early hike the next morning, but we still couldn’t take showers or fix breakfast. We were allowed to walk to another property to use the showers and laundry, but it was an inconvenience. We tried to make the best of it, but we were surprised that they didn’t offer to just move us to another unit. They made light of it by saying it wasn’t their fault, and these things happen. Maintenance came mid morning to fix the problems, and he did. But, by the time he was finished, it was too hot outside to start a hike. Many items in the pantry had to be discarded. They brought over only salt and pepper to restock. We checked out the following day. Not a good experience at all. At first, no compensation was even offered for the many inconveniences. Their last text to us was a standard “We hope you loved your stay. Please give us 5 stars. Take the trash out, or you might get fined.” After a few back and forth texts expressing my disappointment, they compensated us about $75. Wow.

We’ve started here multiple times, always had the best time. Great location, we even convinced other family members to stay near us at Ledges. Always clean, quick to check in & her responses when needed. Love it here! Feels like home
