It's all about location for a beach get-away. Beautiful one-bedroom condo located 1 block from Spyglass Park and across the street from the ocean. Just seconds to walk across the street, through the Spyglass Restaurant breezeway to enjoy the incredible 180 degree ocean view.

Enjoy Southern peek a boo, white water views from patio. New chef grade kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and bar dining. Master bedroom has a king bed with fluffy white linens. The bathroom has a large sink and mirror area with a separate toilet and shower space to allow for privacy.

Covered carport parking directly in front of condo for easy loading and unloading. Laundry room on site (no washer/dryer in the condo). Nearby beach access, hiking and coastline walking paths. Perfect beach location for your coastal living.

What we love about Shell Finder...

Single floor living. Across the street from the waters edge. Nearby 4.5 acre park and shoreline bluff path right down the street to enjoy the early morning sunrise to evening sunsets. Remodeled and ready to enjoy.

Suitability: Couples getaway, single story, off-street parking, steps to the walking path and beach, no pets, no smoking. Occupancy is 2 guests for monthly rental. Owner will consider overnight guests, max house occupancy 4 with visiting overnight guests.

30-night MINIMUM stay due to strict HOA and city ordinance.

Minimum 30 night rental period, no pets, no smoking. Owner requires a mid-month house cleaning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is amazing, walking distance to Spyglass Park and the space is beautiful exactly as pictured. When issues arose (technical with door/leak), both were fixed promptly. The only reason I would not necessarily rent with this company again is due to their lack of professionalism when offered to stay longer in the rental longer by the company and then company booking to another tenant after we had officially requested that space.

We walked in the quiet neighborhood each morning and evening to nearby coffee and dining. The unit has been remodeled, stocked with everything needed for cooking and a long vacay stay. The bedding and towels are new and high end quality. Seven Sisters booking process iwas easy, and when needed they quickly responded. Love their keyless and contactless checkin. The unit was immaculately clean.

Located between Pismo Beach and our son's place in Los Osos, it was an easy commute north and Pismo provided some excellent restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, the condo was modern and clean and Seven Sisters service was excellent.
