This is a spectacular home within 200 feet from one of the most scenic views in all of Central California! Even the kitchen has a view of the Pacific Ocean. There are 2 well-appointed bedrooms with walk-in closets, a full kitchen, and a family room with a bay window providing views of the ocean. The front yard was recently renovated with a firepit and conversation area to avail you of a spectacular view. A large backyard with a patio, barbecue area and an area dedicated to relaxation (bench and area to play games).

This unit is the heart of the watermelon, as they say. Every room is spacious (2 BR with a walk-in closet in each) and appealing. The family room bay window view is amazing.....you can see the ocean! Right out the doorstep is a patio with Adirondack chairs and a firepit, with views of the ocean (3 houses away). Within 200 feet or so is the coast affording the most brilliant views of the Pacific ocean, as well as a park and access to the beach.
