Great views and nice and quiet location!

It was a great getaway. Nice location and quiet. It’s within walking distance to Shops and restaurants, and not even a 10 minute ride to Henlopen State Park. I would definitely go back!

A perfect place for two

My husband and I booked this property last minute and it was excellent. Robin, the manager, was extremely communicative and kind. The location was beautiful and perfect, we could walk nearly everywhere. We even used the pool one morning. The unit is tucked out of view because of the stairwell near the pool, but it's there and cute as ever! We hope to return in the future.

Great little condo!

Overall the stay was great! However communication before check in was non existent. I tried to contact the property manager several times to ask a few questions and got no response. Also, the pool door is located right across from the room and everytime the pool door would slam shut it was very loud in the condo. Overall super cute place with a great view!

Peaceful

My husband and I stayed at this lovely studio on the canal in Lewes De. The place was clean and very nicely updated. The best part was the unit also has a balcony where you sit outside have a glass or two of wine and relax, over looking the canal and marina. After 2 years of not going anywhere with Covid. It was so peaceful and relaxing.

Fabulous location with boats and views

Wonderful little property, the picture window is exactly as shown, you are directly next to the boats and the views! Great location for walking to town and 12 minute walk to beach. The only issue was communication, when booking we communicated by VRBO. The property is managed by a real estate company who had been emailing us, and no longer using VRBO chat. Unfortunately we did not receive emails. Problem was resolved the day before vacation but the VRBO communication had stopped at that point. And then the company was great to deal with. Will consider staying again!

Beautiful place!!

My husband and son stayed here for a lax tournament. The place was super clean, the check in process was easy and communication was responsive and really helpful! They wished they could’ve stayed longer!!
