Off street parking for 2-3 vehicles. 5 min drive away from downtime Midway. 10 min. to downtown Heber City. 15-20 min away from Park City, Deer Valley, and Canyons Ski Resorts. 25 min to Sundance Ski resort. 45-50 min to SLC airport.

The space
—We are excited to have you stay in our entire lower level of our home located on a beautiful 2/3 acre lot in a quiet neighborhood near the Homestead and Zermatt Resorts. You can see views of Midway and 1/2 of the Heber Valley from a 2 minute walk up the street.
—The private entry guest suite is located by walking around the backside of the house (down 14 cement steps).
—The master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet, gas fireplace, and a nice attached bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, and a jetted tub.
—The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed.
—The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds + toys, video games, and a porta crib.
—The kitched area includes 6 barstools + a large round table with seating for 8 more people + 1 high-chair. The kitchen also includes a mini fridge, dishwasher, counter top convection oven/air fryer, microwave, 3 plate electric burners, coffee machine, and other basic kitchen essentials.
—The utility room next to the kitchen includes another small refrigerator (larger than a mini), washer, dryer, vacuum, iron, and ironing board.
—4 Large TVs (in each bedroom and the Living Area).
—Free Wi-Fi.
—Clean and comfortable bedding, extra towels, luggage racks, and other basic toiletries.
—Park 2-3 cars (off street).
—Outside covered patio with Gas BBQ.
—Large back yard with beautiful scenary.
—We have also included an extensive guide to most of the local restaurants, golf courses, fishing and hiking trails, Razor/ATV/bicycle rentals, movie theatres, and many other points of interest and fun things to do here in our summer and winter wonderland.
