Location, location!!

We enjoyed our stay. Location was ideal for all our planned activities. Apartment was clean and convenient for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Property manager was very helpful especially with checking us in earlier than planned.

Our hosts were fantastic! Polite, available to answer questions, and had suggestions on the happening places to eat. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed. Ocean views are spectacular! We loved the balcony for sunrise and morning coffee. We’d love to stay annually! Thank you for your hospitality.

Great host, great location, great accommodations

Hannah and Kleber were so communicative throughout. The place was centrally located, super spacious and homey, and equipped with everything from soap to towels to extra toilet paper. Fun environment in the building, good restaurants nearby. easy parking! Will hopefully be back soon

We always make sure to supply many essential items so our guests feel at home (and we have CVS and 7/11 a few steps away in case you need other items you may have forgot to pack). Wonderful Stay

This property was very nice and had all the amenities that were needed. Hannah & Kleber were fantastic hosts and were able to help us through an early check-in process along with guiding us through the parking garage and the local area. The only negative (which really isn't all that bad) is the elevator situation, as it is a bit slow with a majority of the place being filled with visitors/tourists. Location is in a great spot as you can quickly travel to other areas such as Wynwood & South Beach. There are also grocery stores and other useful shops in walking distance. Highly recommended!

Crowded building, good location

Granted this was over the holidays, but the building was extremely crowded - we often had 5-7 minute waits for the elevator and many of those that opened couldn't fit more people in. This is a high-throughput building with a lot of short-term stays, so it's busy!That said, the property managers were extremely responsive, the unit was clean, and the location is very good!

Absolutely amazing views from near the top of the building, comfortable beds, solid kitchen setup, I really enjoyed the condo. I brought a family of 6, the setup was perfect for us with the 2nd bedroom having 2 beds and the pullout couch. Some advice for others coming that may help your stay. I did rent a minivan to move us around, and this parking garage is challenging to say the least, several floors of hairpin turns, pretty stressful to get in and out. I would advise if possible to just take rideshares or public transportation vs parking unless you have smaller rental. Overall I highly recommend this unit if you want a top notch Brickell Experience.

BEST LOCATION

We had the absolute best time. We had a group of friends (7 total) that were arriving from various states. We had the best weekend having this condo in close proximity to everything you could need. The balcony is to die for and has the best sunsets for golden hour. We couldn't have asked for a better location and the hosts were super communicative and welcoming! Thank you so much for making this the best weekend.

A great property and host all-around

The property was very clean and comfortable and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s within walking distance of some of Miami’s best shopping and restaurants. The views of the city and Brickell Bay were amazing. The property manager was kind and very responsive to our calls and texts during our stay. We were very pleased with the whole experience.
