Nice and clean

Nothing super fancy. Clean and everything worked well. Kids loved the pool! We enjoyed the hot tub. Would recommend staying there.

Great stay in an excellent area when visiting Miami. Check-in process was smooth, plenty of space for family to stay, simple and clean apartment. No complaints, would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

The place was nice and clean and as also surprisingly bigger than expected! The host replied almost immediately every time communication was needed. Great view from balcony as well.

Overall a pleasant experience. Wonderful location. Free Parking is available on the property but getting into and out of the spot can be tricky especially for folks not used to big parking garages

Great location and comfy stay

The property was EXACTLY as portrayed in the photos and even better in person. I appreciate the cleanliness of the unit and extra amenities provided (outdoor/balcony seating, in-unit washer/dryer, etc.) The neighborhood is great with access to Publix, CVS, and the beach. 10/10 experience!

Enjoyable stay

We wanted to explore Miami and this was the perfect location. The apartment is well laid out and has a lovely terrace where you can see the water and down to the two pools. It included a spot in the garage and we felt very safe in the building and the area. We walked to Mary Brickell village at night and hung out there at the numerous restaurants in the area. it was a lovely spot.

Property was outdated which didn't show in pictures. Lights were very dim and made it hard to see in living room and bedrooms. TV remote didn't work in bedroom. View was nice and property within walking distance of great restaurants.

Location

It was a great location as far as convenient to the port, parking was a bit difficult, we only had one spot assigned on site, the other family that was with us was limited due to the height of the vehicle and couldn’t find a spot close by, we got lucky to find one 3 blocks away to keep their vehicle Luckily once that was settled we was able to utilize the bus and metro to get where we needed fairly cheap

Good host in hectic building

The unit is as advertised, though all the walls are stuffed and beat up.Host is quick to respond and we had no issues.The building is rather hectic, tons of temporary guests here so people are in and out all the time

Girl Trip!

The host was super responsive. Apartment was exactly as pictured, a cvs right next door that was very convenient. Also within walking distance to most bars/ restaurants in brickell! Would definitely recommend. One of the pools was under construction so we didn’t have chairs sometimes when going to the pool. Also would recommend a full length mirror somewhere! Overall a great stay!

Great view, plenty of space

Nice property in Miami with two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and washer/dryer. Great amenities... not enough pool chairs though. Unit could use some TLC like paint, but very clean. Love the deck. Elevator fobs were not working intermittently for everyone...made getting to 22nd floor a challenge at times. Overall great location near shops, food, cruise port. Would recommend.

Spacious Condo with beautiful view and amenities

Condo is located in the very nice Brickell area. Very clean, two beautiful pools and hottub. Quiet building, unit on the 22nd floor with a gorgeous view surrounded by beautiful modern building. Lovely balcony, close to supermarket and restaurants. CVS pharmacy next door. Parking garage with free parking for one car. Everything as described. Wonderful experience overall.

Great location and price

We stayed here for a few days before our cruise as it was cheaper than a hotel and allowed us 2 separate bedrooms. The condo offers the basic necessities- towels, dishes, laundry. The elevators do take some time as noted because there was always at least one out of operation, but that didn’t bother me. It’s no different than a busy hotel or cruise ship. Location is great, easy to walk to many shops and restaurants and parks. The pool was nice, there are 2 pools but one was closed for maintenance. It was not crowded so it didn’t matter. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Nice place.

Pros:Stayed 1 night pre-cruise. Loved the condo and location. Clean. Beautiful view from deck. Close to CVS right downstairs and many restaurants. Cons: Check in was rough. Staff at front desk were not very friendly. Had messaged owner A few days ahead of time twice to make sure everything was a go but didn’t hear back. On arrival, had to text copy of divers license to owner that i thought I had already sent. That caused some delay but once we got past that, things were okay. Also, we didnt have enough towels or washclothes but got by since we only stayed one night.
