Over the years, we have hosted many wonderful families, but Katherine, Chip, and their family were truly exceptional. They stayed with us for over a month and were absolute model guests—respectful, communicative, and a complete pleasure to host. We had zero issues throughout their stay and would welcome them back in a heartbeat. We are already looking forward to making this an annual tradition for them at our South Florida Spacious Oasis!

Beyond its beautiful waterfront properties, The Cove offers a quiet, relaxed atmosphere with no HOA fees. The neighborhood is celebrated for its mix of charming original ranch-style homes from the 1950s and '60s alongside stunning new constructions and modern luxury estates.

The true appeal of The Cove is its remarkable walkability. Residents enjoy a recreation-oriented lifestyle, with a short stroll or bike ride to the vibrant Deerfield Beach oceanfront. This proximity provides easy access to the two-mile boardwalk and world-class dining, including favorites like JB's on the Beach and Ocean 234, both of which offer magnificent views of the International Fishing Pier.

The Cove is a neighborhood that truly combines hometown charm with modern convenience. You get the laid-back, idyllic feeling of a classic South Florida beach town while being just minutes away from fine dining, shopping, and the beautiful beaches that make Deerfield Beach a global destination.
