Wonderful place to stay!

Location was perfect everything within walking distance. Exactly as described updated condo with nice decor, very well equipped and very clean. Booking was easy and Bren is super nice.

Condo on the beach

This condo was a perfect stay for us. Location was ideal for the beach and shopping. Within walking distance to great bars, restaurants and the bike trails. We would stay here again!

Perfect Little Getaway

We so enjoyed our stay at Breakers 325! The condo was just as advertised, very clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and the view cannot be beat. Brenda was extremely helpful both leading up to and during our trip. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beach Get Away

This is the second time I have stayed at Boyde's place at the Breakers. It is perfect for me. I love being right on the beach and all the shops that are so close. And Boyde is delightful to communicate with. I will go again!!

Fantastic location!

Loved our stay in this cute condo, location is fantastic walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Great biking paths everywhere and wonderful view of the ocean. We’d like to suggest adding a smart tv for the rainy day since cable doesn’t cut it anymore. The complex is adding an elevator which will make it more convenient going up to the third floor! Thank you for sharing your condo, hasD nice time staying there!

Mike, My wife and I very much enjoyed the 3 nights we stayed at your property. It was the first time that either my wife or I had been to Hilton Head so we were quite surprised at how much we enjoyed it. Your condo was very nice and more than provided everything that we had hoped for. With several beach walks, touring the island and eating at several restaurants in the immediate area, we were almost always busy. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo. Loved it!!

Perfect. What a gem!!! Amazing views of the beach and ocean. The pool was so convenient, we were in and out of it several times. Super convenient kitchen with easy access to everything we needed for a lovely dinner overlooking the ocean. We were right across the street from all the shops at Coligny Circle with fun shopping and great places to grab a bite. You can walk everywhere, and we did! We will definitely return!! Thank you.

Once in your 3rd floor Room

It might have stated no ELEVATORS onsite but I sure did not see it. It should have been where you could not miss it! Traveled a good bit and NEVER even seen a 4 story building hotel or motel without elevators! Accommodations were good. Will not return to Breakers.

Great getaway for a couple

The condo was small but exceptionally clean! We didn’t mind the small kitchen because we mostly ate out. The small bedroom with no night stands and tiny bathroom probably seemed more cramped. The condo was fine for two but would be tight for more than that. It was very close to the beach and that was a big plus!!! It did list a hot tub as an amenity but there is no hot tub. There is a nice pool with lots of chairs and tables and seating area. We appreciated how close we were to the Coligny Plaza and all it had to offer. Steve the property manager is very quick to respond to questions. He is wonderful!! This was our first time to Hilton Head. We loved our condo and our trip!! Wish we didn’t have to go home!!!

October Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this centrally located, right on the beach, villa from Oct 10-16, 2021. Villa was as described, and the owner was pleasant to deal with and responsive to our inquiries. Check in and check out were a breeze and the suggestions for restaurants and bike rentals in the area were greatly appreciated. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

October Stay

We visited for four nights and the unit itself is updated and spotless. The kitchen appliances are in need of updating but did not impact our use. The complex is quite old and in need of repair.

Kitchen Upgrades

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head Island. We come down every year and stay at The Breakers. However, it's important to note that the kitchen could use some upgrades. The dishwasher was super old and took at least 2 runs to get the dishes "clean" (there were no dish cloths or dish soap to hand wash dishes, either). Two of the stove burners did not sit level with the stove so they were useless to try and cook anything and the stove was so tiny it only fit the smallest pans on it. It was minor issues but inconvenient.

The stove burners have been leveled by our maintenance person and we normally keep a bottle of dish soap under the sink along with a towel. Perfect Updates and So Clean

We loved this condo. We always stay in this area, but are so happy to have found this condo. It is so clean and updated so nicely. I loved every bit of it and how thought out the storage and hooks were. It was so nice to have places to hang towels and plenty of space. The sheets were so soft and the towels were too. The fold out couch and mattresses were all comfy. Checking in and checking out was to easy. Bren was so great to work with and now feels like a friend. Great place and thankful for the memories. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic stay!!!

This condo was just perfect for our getaway. We had two adults and two kids 7 and 3. First of all, it was super clean and freshly decorated which was awesome. The kids loved their bunk area! The view from the balcony was incredible and it had everything we needed. Bren, the owner was so wonderful with communicating. She had so many little things there incase you forgot something. Truly felt like we were renting from a family friend. Highly recommend staying here!! Thanks Bren, we will be back!!

It was PERFECT the the 5 of us and am amazing location! Everything was in walking distance and the ocean was steps away! Bren was also amazing! The few times we contacted her she reached out immediately! We will definitely be staying with her again!

Wonderful beach getaway

We spent 4 nights at Breakers 325. The unit was very clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children ages 7 and 9).The beach view was wonderful, which we enjoyed from the balcony and through the doors in the evening. The bunk beds and washer and dryer were also a huge plus. We made a few trips to the beach each day, for sunrise, beach time, and biking or evening time on the beach, and really appreciated being so close. We also walked to the shops at Coligny right across the street for food, groceries and souvenirs. Bren, the unit owner, was always quick to respond to my questions and made sure we had everything we needed. While the pool was pretty nice, it was often crowded the week we were there, and noisy at night. However, we couldn't really hear anything with the balcony doors closed, so it wasn't a problem for us. We also saw trash left in common areas or on the ground on the property, and people smoking on their balconies made it less appealing to sit out at times due to the smoke smell. Overall, our stay was memorable and just what we were looking for - a reasonably priced condo right on the beach that was really cute and clean and allowed us to have amazing beach and bike time together as a family.

Making sure the Villa is clean and well equipped is very important to us and we appreciate you mentioning it ! I'm sorry someone was smoking on their balcony, we do not allow smoking in our Villa or on the balcony. I will check restrictions at the complex regarding smoking areas. We have some great rates for fall & winter too and the pool is heated and less crowded in off peak months but just as beautiful and it's always nice to take a break from the cold !! Home Away from Home

We have been staying at the Breakers since 2011. Out of the variety of different units we have stayed through the years, this unit falls in the top 2. Very clean and nicely furnished/decorated. The cabinets in bedroom allow for plenty of space to store your items to keep from decluttering the unit, as well as, the bunks provide 2 drawers under the lower bunk. It even includes a k-cup style coffee maker. View from the 3rd floor is the best!! Can't wait to plan our next visit!!!

Perfect getaway!

Best views of ocean and pool. Easy access to the beach. Everything in condo was exactly what we needed! Perfect for our family (3 children). Will be back soon!

Review of Villa #325 at Coligny

The villa has a very good view and location. Outside of that we would not stay here again. Doors to the bathroom and hall way would not close. Hinges on bathroom door falling out. Oven does not work correctly. Burns everything. Food on floor in living area. Couch was very uncomfortable. Good view of ocean!!!

Love this view!!!

Best seat in the complex! 3rd floor, no obstruction & relatively quiet. Love hearing the waves crashing with my morning tea & at night before bed. Easy to get in & out with no key to lose. Just wish there was an elevator, 3 flights is hard for someone like me but young people will have no problem! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect 6 night stay

Very clean. Excellent location. Great views. Comfortable. Nice decor. Liked the book that was put together with extra info about HHI. Quick responses from owner. Would love to stay here again.

Hi there, I'm Boyd, a middle school teacher and proud VRBO host. I grew up travelling from Kentucky with my family to spend a few weeks each summer at the beach in South Carolina. We built such fond memories together there, building sandcastles with my sisters, searching for seashells with my father and watching my mother create delicious meals, including her famous coconut pie. When I had my own family, we began this tradition anew. Hilton Head is the perfect spot for families. We love our little corner of Hilton Head and are thrilled to share it with you and your loved ones.

The view!!! We've been looking for a unit at the Breakers because of it's stunning view, year-round heated pool and location - just park you car then walk/bike everywhere from there! We were thrilled when this one came along.
