The property was very nice and it was clean. It really was exactly as it looks in the photos. Communication was great. The only negative I have that they would have had any control over was I would have liked maybe one or two more sets of towels and washcloths. There were only three washcloths and there were two of us there for two days so four would have been ideal. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, but who wants to do a load just for that.The other negative was which was beyond their control was the elevator was out-of-order. We had booked the third floor for the views. With a foot injury and no elevator, it was not ideal. It wasn't awful, but not preferable for that or lugging up suitcases. The pros far outweighed these two cons and I would definitely recommend staying at this property. It was a nice semi-private area as far as the boardwalk and beach access. I loved sitting out on the balcony.We didn't have great weather when we were there, which was unfortunate, but that's no one's fault. We made the best of it.

Excellent - highly recommend

The property manager was exceptional. We arrived early and she made sure the cleaning crew was able to finish early so we could check in early. The property was so clean- beyond my expectations. The view was worth it- one of the best views from the whole complex in my opinion. Everything was perfect. The only suggestion I would have is for a broom to be added to the complex. They have a small hand broom, but with sand coming into the condo, a regular size broom would have been ideal.

Great location and view

We had a great week at this condo! It’s small for two adults and two children but we made it work. Location was perfect! Quick walk to restaurants and bike rental. Great kitchen as we cooked a few meals. Only negative was there isn’t a tv in the bedroom so after the kids went to bed, we had to sit on the bistro chairs one on each side of the pullout sofa and quietly watch tv. We had the best time! Thank you!

One of the best

We’ve stayed in a number of Breakers units over the years because we love the location. This is the best of the lot. Clean, nicely updated, great appliances. Would come back again.

Property is in great location with awesome views. The condo is pretty small and very basic. Sheets and towels were poor quality. Furniture is nice. Building is getting a little run down.

Pictures better than the experience

It started out great as the owner allowed us early check in at noon. However, when I pulled out the sofa bed ,as I would be sleeping there, it was full of crumbs ,hair ,and nail clippings. And the unit has no vacuum, and no broom closet. Fortunately I had access to one. The oven has no functioning exhaust ,so with such a large kitchen you can hardly cook without the front and balcony doors open. There is very little storage and no place to put your suitcases. Master closet is half filled with miscellaneous bedding. The owner has temperature controls in the unit so you cannot set the temperature as you wish. When we got in it was hot and stuffy, and didn’t cool down until the sundown. There were 3 electric plugs that didn’t work. Most significantly was the GFI in the kitchen and bathroom, that could not be reset. For the very high cleaning fee one would expect that there the property would be both cleaned and serviced. And now about the damage deposit that is actually an insurance policy not returned to the renter . Evolve does this to all guests ,and after calling Evolve, they advised me they aren’t allowed to call it an insurance policy… but it is one. I expect for the cost of the insurance policy “ winky face” and cleaning fee, that the owners would be alerted to any damage or cleaning issues prior to the each new guest arrival. Overall, this unit gives the appearance that it is fully updated, but when you are there you realize it is not.

Perfect

My wife and I came down for our “baby moon” before our twins get here. It was perfect. Right on the beach so we could go sit and relax, and when she was ready we could come right back up. Close to all the shops and food made for a fun trip without overdoing it.

Wonderful view

We’ve stayed at breakers many times and love the location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and grocery. The view from balcony is amazing!! The place was nice but needs some updates and a good deep cleaning.

Beautiful views! Just Perfect!

We had such a wonderful time the first time we stayed at this condo we decided to make this our annual anniversary trip! Perfect location, beautiful views and all the conveniences of home. Li (owner) went above and beyond with her communication and made our stay very comfortable. You can see sunrise and sunset from the balcony, it's doesn't get much better than that.

Short Getaway

The room, view, and beach experience was awesome. There was one day of Tropical Storm Idalia, so that was not good. We were able to watch out our balcony window, so it was an experience. The location is walking distance to all we needed: grocery store, restaurants, and plenty of shops. I recommend this location for all couples!

Pretty view - non working Washer and dryer

The place was not properly cleaned. The Clothes washer and dryer were inoperable and the drying process was non existent.

Beautiful sunrises

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 4. The condo is in prime location with a great view. The balcony is perfect to catch the sunrise. Bed and sleeper soafer were comfortable and suited our needs with two young kids (under 10 yo). While there is only a small table we were able to manage breakfast. Bathroom seemed newly remodeled. Place was clean upon arrival with good amenities such as soap, towels and basic cooking supplies. Would recommend for a couple or family looking to be in a prime location

Great location

The rental was in a great location. So many things within walking distance. The view from the balcony was amazing. The rental is small but perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable. We did sleep a couple nights in the pullout to listen to the waves. It was a good thing we decided to because we found the missing remote for the cable. The only reason we didn't give it a perfect review is because we also found that under the pullout couch had not been cleaned. We also followed the directions for the washer/dryer and ended up taking home wet clothes because the machine would not dry our clothes after multiple attempts. Maintenance should look into it. Overall we liked our stay and would stay there again. We would definitely recommend it to friends.
