Villa Lynda : swimming-pool and stunning view over the sea and mountain range

Magnificent views of the Estérel massif and the sea from this very pretty villa, nestled in the private and secure Anthéor estate. It sleeps up to 8 people in comfort, furnished and decorated with attention to detail, and air-conditioned. Built over 2 floors, the first floor comprises a beautiful, cosy living room, a relaxation/work area with a splendid view from the veranda, a large, fully-equipped kitchen with a lovely dining area. The kitchen leads onto a large terrace with stunning views of the red rocks. It is furnished with a large table and comfortable chairs for meals, with a sun blind. On the same level: a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a superb master bedroom with a bed (180x200), and a spacious bathroom (shower, bath and wc), as well as a guest wc.
On the lower floor there is a 3rd bedroom with double bed 160x200, and shower room with wc, and a lounge with sofa bed for 2 people, and a kitchen area (microwave, fridge, coffee maker), very practical near the swimming pool, in addition to the plancha installed under the covered terrace.
Next to the swimming pool, you will again enjoy a beautiful covered terrace, with very comfortable fittings for dining and relaxing by the water, from where the view is superb.
Around the house, you'll find a number of terraces, where you can enjoy the splendid views of the sea and the Estérel massif in all seasons.
The sandy beach of Anthéor and the beautiful little coves along the seafront can be reached in 10 minutes from the house. Magnificent walks in the Estérel massif in prospect. There is parking for two cars, and it is also possible to park in front of the private boundary wall.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).
