Step into your dream getaway just 15 minutes from the vibrant Strip! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat offers ample space for up to 10 guests to unwind in comfort and style. Dive into relaxation in the large backyard oasis, complete with a shimmering pool perfect for soaking up the Nevada sun. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for whipping up delicious meals to enjoy in the dining room or alfresco by the pool. After a day of exploring, gather in the inviting living room for cozy evenings together, or challenge friends to a game on the pool table. With luxurious amenities and proximity to all the excitement of Las Vegas, your unforgettable vacation awaits at this fabulous retreat!

****Maximum 10 people at the house at any time. There are noise monitors inside and outside and will alert me if the noise levels are too high. Quiet hours 10pm-10 am and no use of the pool or outdoor lights during this time. There is a camera at the front door required by the city of Henderson. I do not rent to locals. ****

It was great and the owner was so easy to work with! We stayed for a longer stay - 2 weeks in the dead of Vegas summer and the AC went out and she replaced it the next day. Couldn’t have been happier and will likely stay again since we go every year as a family trip!

Perfect location

We were in town for a trade show located at the Venetian. Location was perfect...not far from strip! Very clean, and a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Great Place!

Enjoyed staying here, place was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and the pool was great, the kids really enjoyed it! The property manager was very accommodating and kept checking in with us to ensure everything was going good! Also a great safe neighborhood, definitely would stay here again on my next visit !

Excellent House in a good neighborhood

We had a great stay at this house in Vegas! The house was very clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The bathroom was well-maintained and spotless. Overall, it was a great place to relax after exploring the city. Highly recommend!

Family stay

This was a great spot for a group of adult family members. The pool table was an unexpected plus! The pool is not heated, but there was plenty of outdoor furniture for us to enjoy the sunny days.

Henderson Getaway

One of the most important things to be when I stay in a vacation home is cleanliness. The house smelled fresh and clean upon entry, which gave me instant relief. The location is close to stores/restaurants/highways. Quick drive to the strip and airport was another plus.

A definite recommendation

This was perfect for our family. The pool and pool table were used a lot! The beds were comfy and the set up of the house was great. It was a great reprieve from the heat!! If we do a trip to Vegas again, we’d be sure to try and stay here again.

Beautiful place!

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend. The house was beautiful, super clean, and perfectly spaced for a group of 9! The pool/backyard area was super fun to use and hangout in as well as the beds are incredibly comfy. Terry was an incredible host and very quick to answer any questions and check in on our visit. The area is very nice and a perfect spot to stay if you’re looking for a place off the strip that is quiet and reserved but still close to the strip. Would definitely stay again!

Sunny Getaway

House provided us with everything we needed. The private pool was amazing to cool us down and the outdoor space was relaxing for morning breakfast and evening dinners. There is a Vons within walking distance and other shops and food options which was great for us. We enjoy cooking our own meals and the kitchen had all the essentials needed cookware dishes etc… Beds were comfy, and quick response times from host. Would stay again!!

Can Use A Thorough Cleaning

While the host was very responsive and prompt with any questions, the site was not very clean. The furniture was uncomfortable and there were several pieces needing repaired or replaced. The location was fine.

Family Reunion

The House was in close proximity to my sister which was the only reason I rented, we stayed for 10 days.The House was adequate for our needs, but very tired and needs some love.Initial communication with Host very unfriendly I felt but once my daughter was in contact with her it became easier. Very little contact during stay but questions always answered promply.Would I stay there again - no.

You sent me quite an extensive list of requests, such as asking for the kitchen to be stocked and other concierge requests we do not offer. As I explained to you numerous times in the months leading up to your stay, check in information is sent the day of check in, and not months before. I am glad I was able to communicate seamlessly with your daughter during the stay. I am confused by your statement that the house felt “tired” as this is a relatively new remodel and presents as such. Your daughter expressed to me that you were all enjoying the home as well. Nonetheless; I hope you find a hotel with a round the clock concierge that will better suit your needs for your next trips. I wish you the best. - Terry

Comfortable

This home was not as clean or kept up as I had hoped, but it was a comfortable stay, nonetheless. There was a prior reviewer who complained about some of the same issues I had (black feet from the floors, water damaged areas of the ceilings, TV wiring looking sketchy, dust/dirt in the air vents, mildew-stained showers) but we were not uncomfortable and the check-in/out process was one of the easiest I’ve ever encountered. We ran out of trash bags but they were able to bring those to us within 10 minutes!
