地中海スタイルのアパートメントは、マヨルカのカラランプ湾の松に覆われた山の斜面に直接位置し、南西に向かって素晴らしい海の景色を眺めることができます。
マヨルカスタイルの夢のようなアパートは、居心地の良い暖炉コーナー、2つのベッドルーム、小さなプライベートプールのあるテラスのある広いリビング/ダイニングエリアがあります。 目覚めた後の一見は、湾を見下ろす寝室の大きなパノラマ窓のおかげです。
アパートは急な斜面に直接テラス建設で建てられています。 これには、テラスと庭園のある広々とした屋外エリアが含まれ、日光浴をしたり、夢を見て、素晴らしい夕日を楽しむことができます。

Great spot

Great view of the ocean, nice and well-maintained apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. Be aware that there are 114 steps down from street level (and 114 going back up!). A lot of construction is going on in the area, but we weren't bothered at any time during our stay.

Feels like a movie!

This is an incredible place to stay in every way! The view is the best we’ve ever seen. We enjoyed watching the yachts and other boats entering and anchoring in the Cala (cove), and the view of the surrounding hillsides is unrivaled. The private pool was perfect for relaxing and soaking in the panorama. Every detail of the apartment is finely crafted and well thought-out. Do understand that the stairs up to the road are steep and narrow. Stay here if you see that as something that enhances the experience. We absolutely loved it!

Love the sunsets!

We stayed at Las Escaleras for a week and had a fabulous time! The views from our villa were absolutely unbeatable! We could watch the sunset into the Mediteranean each night. The apartment was clean, tastefully furnished and enjoyed an outstanding location. The area is very hilly and a car is needed to to travel to the lovely town of Port Andraxt (about 3km) for dinners and groceries. There is a lift to allow easy access to the apartments with luggage. Also suitable for the elderly. Peter, the owner, lives on site and is a wonderful host, going out of his way to make our stay truly special. Whenever we return to Mallorca, we will definitely stay at this lovely villa again!

Well presented in a prestigious neighbourhood

So great communication with Stefan prior to our arrival and also during our stay. The property was well presented and included an efficient kitchen and bathroom with a never ending supply of towels. The view is great from this property and plunge pool essential. I would have to say the the pool was overdue a clean and need the water level topping up. The issues around the air con system and hinge on the entrance door were addressed by the Manager Pedro. At the time of our visit, as Stefan is aware, I had a broken ankle which meant access in and out of the site was a challenge. Fortunately, the outside lift which needs to be described accurately on the property specification, was essential for my particular circumstances. In conclusion, this is a well managed property which has nice quality fittings and is located in a fabulous location. Our thanks to Stefan for his assistance.

2nd visit

Skønt at være tilbage igen. Der er så fin udsigt, gode faciliteter mv. vi nyder byen og det omkringliggende. Mange trapper, men for os ikke et problem - kun god motion ovenpå al den dejlige mad der er her på Mallorca. Der var nogle få ting som var bedre året før men vi vil stadig gerne besøge det skønne sted og tilbringe vores ferie.

Smuk, idyllisk og fineste view

Besøgte det skønne sted i 2 uger. En klassisk, spansk ferie bolig med touch af fine finesser, smukkeste udsigt og alt der skal være i sådan en bolig. Det var nemt at kommunikere med housekeeping som kunne hjælpe med små fornødenheder. Vi var 2 voksne men tænker ikke boligen var til 4 voksne. Dog sikkert fint hvis man havde to børn med. Kun få minusser: trapperne og alle kranerne omkring - men er jo en del af charmen ved Mallorca. Et besøg værd!

Beautiful Home and View

Beautiful home and view. The unit we stayed at 74C was hard to get to even if you use the lift for suitcases. There are a lot of stairs and you should not stay here if you need help with stairs - I felt this should have been communicated, and if it was, I missed it. Other than that, it was a beautiful place. You need a car to get here and to enjoy what Mallorca has to offer - this is definitely a getaway house and not in the midst of the city. About an 8-10 minute drive to the local town that has delicious restaurants and walkways. Overall a great spot and house. House could use some coffee for free.

bien située, site magnifique, appartement vaste et vue à couper le souffle

le Sud Ouest de l'Ile est préservé des hordes de touristes le site est magnifique, mais il y en a d'autres appartement avec terrasse et piscine indispensables le soir à cette saison
