Summary:
Welcome to your private Scottsdale escape! This beautifully renovated 5-bedroom, 4.5 - bath home combines modern design, resort-style amenities, and the perfect location - just minuted from Old Town Scottsdale, world class golf courses, shopping and dining.

The Space:
Newly renovated and home add on offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms;
Master Suite - King bed and bathroom with walk-in shower
Master Suite - King bed and bathroom with walk-in shower
Master Suite - King bed and bathroom with walk-in shower
Guest room - Two twin beds and use of guest bathroom (bathtub)
Guest room - Queen bed and user of guest bathroom (bathtub)


KITCHEN: Fully renovated kitchen with gorgeous sleek cabinets. Plenty of extra storage. All the amenities needed to fully enjoy the time spent cooking and entertaining.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Featuring washer and dryer and ironing board with iron. Washer pods provided.

ACCESSORIES: We have luxurious bedding throughout the house, extra pillows, WI-FI, hairdryers in bathroom and electronic key pad code door lock so everybody can come and go as needed without a key.

Home is professionally cleaned before every stay, comes with clean linens, towels, soaps and everything else you will need for a comfortable stay

Guest Access:
Guest will receive door code 24 hours prior to arrival. Full access to private backyard and two car garbage with two car driveway. There is also extra rock parking for Trailers and RVs (no gray water spill out or electrical hook )

Fantastic House!

Our family of 6 stayed for a week. We thoroughly enjoyed this home. The house was perfect! Plenty of space, very clean, gorgeous pool. The hosts checked on us several times to make sure all was well. We would gladly stay here every time we go to Arizona.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed this home as we rang in 2025 with our extended family. It was an ideal location. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard and jacuzzi. The kitchen was awesome and supported us hosting our large family meals and holiday baking. We definitely would recommend and will look into it for future trips to Scottsdale/Phoenix.

Place was clean. Needs a bit of updating. Our dog enjoyed the dog. Location adequate for our activities but neighborhood was not the nicest with loud highway traffic.

Great house with convenient location.

Large, clean house very accurately described in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Great backyard with some road noise but did not prevent us from enjoying the patio and hot tub. Property manager was very responsive. Would stay again next time we are in Scottsdale.

Perfect!

The house was exactly what i was looking for to host family and friends while I was recovering from a major operation. I was comfortable healing, my family was comfortable with things to do, and my dog loved the yard. I plan to absolutely book with Paul again, this is a great location!!

Beautiful Az Home. Great for the summer days.

We are local and rented for the weekend to have a pool. This was the first weekend it was 100+ degrees. Great little staycation and our little really enjoyed the water. Clean house and beautiful neighborhood. Great area with lots of close by amenities. We will be back, absolutely.

Good stay

We enjoyed the place. There is a lot of traffic noise so when outside it was a little distracting. I would suggest additional seating in the living room. TVs in all the bedrooms would be a plus Overall the place was clean and well stocked for our needs

Great Stay and Back Yard

We had a great time. Little bit of road noise outside by the pool from a pretty busy street behind the property, but the property managers were great to work with and the house and amenities were as described. We had a great time.

Nice stay

Great location, quick drive to restaurants and not too far from hiking locations. The house was clean and had plenty of towels, tp, soap, etc. The beds were comfortable. The pool/spa/mini golf backyard was nice, though there was a bit of street noise that didn’t really bother us much. We would stay here again!

Easy process, clean and great location

We booked this property for lodging during a work event nearby. The house is centrally located in Scottsdale with plenty of close by restaurant options. We worked long days and enjoyed the hot tub afterwards. The house is very clean and the management is professional and communicated well. We would definitely return in future years.

Good Location

In town to celebrate dad's 91st bday with family. Location only 2 miles from his house, so very convenient for us. Close to plenty of shops and stores. House is on a quiet street, but a little noisy outside from traffic around the corner. Nice amenities inside...clean and nice modern appliances. Only complaint...no dressers in any bedrooms! Not enough room to put stuff on the tiny nightstands....glasses, phone and charger, reading material, jewelry, makeup, purse, keys, etc. Plenty of room in the master bedroom to put a dresser under the TV. Otherwise, it was fine for the 3 nights we stayed.

AMAZING STAY!!!

We had a really great time at this house! The house was sparkling clean and stocked with fresh towels and other essentials. The pool and pool deck are gorgeous! The owner was super nice and easy to communicate with! I would definitely recommend this place to stay!
