This was a super disappointing stay. We stay in Florida 3-4 times per year and this has been the worst experience we have ever had. The communication was very poor- I had to keep reaching out and calling to get information on our room. No welcome package giving us details. Our golf cart was out of service and they told me they would submit a compensation request (this was the only reason we booked the room) and we would receive compensation. They also kept telling me they would call the mechanic servicing to get an update and every time I called they never had reached out. The room was decently clean but furniture was not. I could have booked a room that was substantially cheaper and more accommodating.

The condo was nice but had a few items broken.One blow dryer was broken and when I called about it nothing was done.Could have easily replaced it.Need to upgrade pillows.Needed extra blankets or throws.Tell guests to bring all cooking essential (salt pepper, coffee, etc) nothing is provided.

Excellent Location, Gorgeous View, Clean Property!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean. Convenient to elevators. AC worked very well. Beds were comfortable. Box fan in the master did the job! We did not use the beach items, but there were chairs and toys available. We found no negatives to interfere with our trip. The golf cart is older, but it is quite zippy at 25 mph! Got is where we wanted with no problems.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time our family has been to this beach location! Pictures don’t do this rental justice! Everything was very clean upon arrival. We came and went a lot and there was always someone in the lobby cleaning. We didn’t use the golf cart as much as we thought but it was a fun activity to pass time with our kids. Never have we had owners call and check to see how everything was going and if we needed anything! The owners kept it very professional and made us feel welcomed. This location was perfect right on the beach. The thing that sold us were the alcohol, snow cones and hot dogs on the beach!

Golf Cart needs attention

The room was clean. The seating in the living room is very uncomfortable. The golf cart is not working properly. It runs for a short distance then stops.

Great spot in Miramar Beach!

Because it was my first time using VRBO I wasn't prepared for the check in process (my issue), but the management company was immediately available and extremely helpful. As others have noted, the building is undergoing quite a bit of repair, but this condo is spectacularly maintained, well-appointed and quite comfortable. In addition, the 15th floor views are stunning and the access to the pool was perfect. The only negative was the condition of the 4-seat forward facing golf cart - it has manual steering and was difficult to handle, and the speeds never got over 14mph. An improvement to this feature would be most welcome.

Great rental! Not so great customer service!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and condo was great, there are some things that need to be improved or fixed. Location great, beautiful views from the 15th floor, gated, golf cart to allow cruising and seeing resort amenities and activities, pretty clean and fabulous Location! However.... the master bathroom vanity area has no working outlets to allow you to get ready and the guest bath sink doesn't drain quick enough and will fill with water during hand washing or brushing teeth. The guest room could also use a new mattress as it is worn out and the curtains while are a beautiful touch do allow any light blocking from the breezeway hallway lights so it felt like a spotlight was on the room all night. We were also sent a message letting us know that the door keypad would have maintenance one morning which was fine until we were gone all day and were not able to get in our unit. No big deal right...???? We can call them and they will send someone to open our room. We call and message and did get a response that they would try to get us in our room and thought we may be using the incorrect ID number, the batteries in the keypad were completely dead and not allowing us to do anything. The manager on duty who I think maybe had the name of Rupel said she would "TRY" to get someone there to get us in quickly, yes ma'am understood. She tells us she can't reach anyone and that they will have a locksmith on the way and he would be there in 15 mins and would call me back. Over 40mins later no call, no locksmith. I text the number given and was assured the locksmith was on site and entering the gate and is the parking lot. Was lied to as we were standing there waiting this whole time in the freezing cold. We were beyond livid at this point. I understand things happen but this was unacceptable and we should be given a deduction at least.

Perfect Location

Absolutely wonderful condo and location. We’ve been going to SanDestin for 15 years and we’ve always stayed at the Hilton but this year we decided to try a condo. We are so glad we did!!! Our reservation was for Beachside but due to construction we were relocated to Westwinds which was a lucky break on our part. We walk every where so being at Westwinds put us a short walk to the Hilton for dining and dining at the SanDestin Commons. Our condo had a fabulous ocean front view and all the amenities one could ask for. We will definitely be coming back.

Nice getaway

The location of the property could not be beat and we loved having the golf cart to cruise around in. The property itself was ok. It definitely could use some maintenance as the sinks did not drain and some outlets did not work including the one in master bathroom. The master bedroom mattress was extremely firm. My biggest complaint would probably be all of the sand that was in the rugs. I know that when you stay at a beach property sand if just a given, but it was apparent that the rugs never get vacuumed. You could not stand on them without sand sticking to your feet, which made it hard to relax once you showered from the beach. The property did come with a great stocked beach closet with umbrellas, chairs, floats, and beach toys, which we were really appreciative of.

Great Family Vacation

This was a great spot for our family of 5- ages 4,6, and 10. We absolutely loved having the golf cart to ride around to the Baytown Warf for dinner and fun activities in the evening after being at the beach all day. It made the vacation! The pool was great! Easy access to the beach and they had a closet full of beach chairs and toys for us to use! We will definitely be back. One of our favorite places to stay in this area. Thank you!

Absolutely Charming Condo

We've stayed at several condos along the beach over the years but this one was by far the most luxurious. Condo was very clean and came with everything we needed for our trip. The golf cart was an added bonus and we loved having it for our day trips around the property. Communication with the property owners was incredible, they were very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back here to stay from now on!

Fun Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay and this condo was perfect for our family. We love the ease of beach access, cleanliness, security, always available parking, and my kids loved the beach, pool and riding in the golf cart across the road to Baytowne Wharf. My only complaint were that several outlets in the condo were loose (which I probably wouldn’t have noticed but my husband is an electrician) and I had to be mindful to not wrap my hand around the microwave and touch the back right side while putting in the time/using it because it shocked me several times. It was a wonderful week and we would stay again!
