We were only there for two nights, we were participating in the American Cancer Society Lung Force Walk in Folly Beach SC. We chose this property's location because it was close to relatives that live in Mt. Pleasant and Daniel Island.

House is absolutely amazing! Anne has thought of everything and house is as comfortable as your own home. Location is perfect. It’s easy to get to the beach and access to private pool makes vacation complete. We are looking forward to making this an annual trip!

This is a beautifully decorated home and doesn't feel like a beach rental. Only a half block from beach access. Only issue is that the pool should have a rail for ingress and egress as well as yellow paint to identify the different step levels which are difficult to see because the pool is painted blue.

Family vacation

We had a great week. Check-in process was easy and check out was too. We really loved having our own ice machine. It was a pleasant surprise. Easy walk to beach. The addition of having a pool was great for my grand children. The beach was very nice. We would stay here again

Loved it!

Beautiful and spacious house only one block from the beach. The beach area is not crowded. The house has plenty of beach chairs and pool toys.

Great Beach Home

Our family spent the last week of June in the "I Hope You Dance" house. It was even better than the pictures presented. Beach access was just around the corner and the IOP business district was an easy walk. The next time we plan an IOP vacation, we will check availability of this house first.

Nonna’s 70th Birthday

Our family of 10 stayed a week at this lovely home to celebrate a milestone birthday. The kids (and adults) loved the private pool, proximity to the beach, and the convenience of restaurants and shops a short stroll away. The bedroom layout was perfect for our group as every room offered a bathroom in suite. We would most definitely come back again if we visit Isle of Palms.

Annual family reunion

We had a wonderful visit. We especially appreciated having a bathroom for each bedroom. We also liked having several different living room areas so that some people could watch TV or visit, while others could read a book. The home was well equipped and the owner was so wonderful to work with. We hope to return in 2024!

Wonderful House

This house was the best beach houses we’ve stayed at ever and we’ve been traveling together for over 20 years. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool was immaculate. One thing that would have made the pool better would have been a railing of some sort to aid in getting in and out of the pool. We traveled with a 73 year old. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful home away from home in the South

We LOVE this house. This was our second time there, it’s perfect for our family. Spacious, gracious, comfortable and beautiful. The extra den area is perfect as are all of the porches. Eat in on or goi out to eat with lots of restaurant options nearby. Pool, beach, outdoor shower, eat, pool, chill, rinse and repeat! We had cups made to commemorate: our time together “Thoma vacation 2023!”

Excellent house in a great location

Had a fantastic stay in this beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable home which we found perfect for our family holiday. ( Three generations in our case ) Our grandchildren loved the pool. This house has everything you need and is well maintained to a high standard. The location is perfect for the beach and the local restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.

A Gem in Isles of Palm

I rented this lovely house for a family reunion. 5 adults and 4 children. More than enough space for everyone. The homeowner is great to work with. She had a wonderfully stocked house. With 4 little ones we did a lot of meal prep. Kitchen was a dream with spices and all the pots and pans we needed. Highly recommend this house. Great pool and 3 minute walk to the beach.

we love this home

this was our second visit to this property. we stayed here in April of 2021 and April of 2022. location is amazing and the house is lovely. very accurate description on the website. the outdoor and porch furniture need updating and/or a really thorough cleaning. same with the grill. however the home is just so lovely and my family has had 2 wonderful visits to this property.

Accommodations were very nice.

The pool people are not doing a good job , however the owner was very nice about the problem. We were able to correct some of the issues and the pool man finally came. Something is still amiss with the chlorine levels. Other than that everything was great.

Nice home however it is currently on the market for sale and this was never mentioned by the owner or VRBO . The home has a realtor lock box on the front door which means that hundreds of Charleston Realtors have key access to the property while you are renting it. It also means that you could have potential buyers out walking the property - this should be disclosed to all potential VRBO renters.

Stay at I Love to Dance

The house was very spacious and perfect location to the beach. We arrive later in the evening and ready to just relax. We found out there was no soap, shampoo, or conditioner in the any of the bathrooms. So that was a trip to the Harris Teeter to get some. There was no dish soap or dishwasher soap. We read the directions for staying at the house. The one thing we were suppose to do was wash two loads of linens before we left. There was a veery very small amount of detergent in the container so we never washed any of our clothes and used the small amount of detergent to wash one load before we left. There were no extra garbage bags so we bought some to put in the garbage containers before we left. We would love to stay again but would like some of these items to at least start our stay.

Nice but...

Nice property! Nice location, but for this money I don't expect to do laundry and only get a one toilet paper allotment per bathroom all toilet papers were not full rolls. One paper towel no additional garbage bags but you're expected to empty all trash do the laundry vacuum We were on vacation from all work. I do clean before I leave, always have, but I have always been left the means to keep it clean. Also ice maker was not working but we found ice trays and that's fine. Not their fault it was broke. Pool was nice. No shower toiletries provided just so you know. I guess we've been spoiled by host who provide the extras.

I Hope You Dance

The property was lovely and location to the beach was great. I had my adult children, their spouses and one grandchild in our group. When we read the check out instructions, we were surprised and somewhat annoyed at what was expected of us in addition to paying a cleaning fee. Our last evening and morning was spent doing laundry and cleaning instead of enjoying our final hours. We all felt that this information should have been shared before booking took place. We are hardly lazy people, but did not expect to have such requirements before leaving, especially if it incurred an additional fee. In addition, for the cost of the house, we felt like a few more things might have been provided, such as toilet paper and trash bags. Before we left, we washed all towels and sheets, took out all trash and recycling, thoroughly cleaned the kitchen and vacuumed. I believe your housekeeper had a very easy day. Robin Sander

Troubled Pool

Overall the house clean and in a great location. However, two issues 1. There were issues with the fire alarms upstairs that may have been on timers, but they went off at 2am most nights even after changing batteries. 2. And most important! The pool does not have a working filtration system. By day three the water was green and both my daughters got severe ear infections. There was suppose to be two pool service trips for the week. No one ever showed up. After the third day the pool was not usable and by the end of our seventh night stay it looked like a swamp. I have photos that im happy to share if any interest. We tried to contact the owner and they never responded. Have no intention of going back to the house.
