Inside you will find a very open floor plan with plenty of room for great family gatherings. Upgraded kitchen with under-counter ice maker, granite counter-tops, and a large center island. Kitchen overlooks the living room and breakfast area. Living room, kitchen, and dining room all have lots of natural light and look out onto the private pool and gated deck area. In the dining room, there is a large over-sized dining table with plenty of room for wonderful family gatherings.
On the main floor are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. First two bedrooms (Queen Beds) have a shared bathroom. Third bedroom (queen and twin) has a private bathroom with shower only. Primary bedroom has en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower (no tub) and opens on to the pool deck. At the end of the hall (furthest from the living room) over the garage, there is a second floor bedroom with 3 twin beds. Large flat screen TVs in the living room and in each bedroom. Living room TV has cable and streaming channels, all other TVs are streaming only (Roku).

· Pool is 6 ft. deep in the center and 4 ft. on the sides. Pool does not heat.
