Seaspray Condos - 202B

Two Queen DP (Deep Pocket) beds in the bedroom upstairs and a Sleeper Sofa in the living room sleep up to 6 people. There is a 32" TV in the living room and a 19" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a DVD player, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, toaster oven, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Only one dog or declawed cat is preferred as per owner. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)

Susan we are so happy to hear that you had a wonderful time. Enjoy our soft sand beach. We provide 2 free beach chairs & 1 umbrella with your reservation at the beach. Our pool is one of the largest on the Island. We are within walking distance to shops, restaurants & attractions. Come, bring the family to a great vacation destination.

Always a great place

Small group (2 adults 1 child age 8 and a small doggo). Getaway for grammy/mommy/daughter. Perfect location. Easy beach access; quiet and comfy. Ate at A few local places, all very good. Shopped, played goofy golf, mostly stayed and played on the beach and slept SOOO goood at night. Thanks Seaspray!

So happy to hear you had a wonderful time. Seaspray is a great family vacation place. We are located right on the beach on Okaloosa Island. We do provide our guests from March thru October 2 free beach chairs & 1 umbrella at the beach. We have play are for small children. Enjoy a game of shuffleboard, volleyball or horseshoes. Have a workout gym and men's & women's saunas. We are in walking distance of shops, restaurants and attractions.

Great location

Great location with beach service with easy beach access. The condo was nice and had everything you need. My real only complaint is the couch which is very broke down and needs replaced. Nis not even fit to sit on and relax

Thank you for letting us know about the couch. We do have Maintenance on staff. I have had the couch already repaired this morning. The couch is perfect to sit on and use as a sleeper sofa now. We do ask all our guest to let us know if they notice an issue while visiting. We are happy to assist. We want all our guests to have an enjoyable stay. We are located right on the Gulf side of Okaloosa Island. We do provide 2 free beach chairs and 1 umbrella at the beach during your stay. We offer shuffleboard, horseshoes and volleyball. Kids play area. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions.
