Nice getaway for my family who had a terrible start to the summer. Staff was polite and condo was clean. Beautiful view.

Beautiful view

I was very happy with the property. If you are planning to cook a lot, you may want to bring some of your own pans. We had our family there and there wasnt many cooking pans, but we agreed if we were eating mostly out and left overs then the kitchen would be adequately stocked. The location was great and the staff was very helpful. Overall we had a wonderful visit, and you couldn’t beat the view!

The view is the best part about the room and the location is great. There is rust all over both the refrigerator and inside the microwave. There is water damage on the wall next to the bathtub. The rust and water damage aren't a big deal to me. It is normal wear and tear. What bothered me was #1 there are brown roaches in the room. #2 it is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but several people were smoking cigarettes on their balconies. #3 people were smoking marijuana on balconies and the beach. #4 kids running up and down the hallway at all hours of the night banging on doors and using the hallways as a playground. Security did nothing. There is no communication at all. The VRBO host "Codey" never contacted me about anything. Check in at the front desk was good. The person was brand new but knowledgeable and kind. There was an altercation between an employee and some guests and police were called. We did not feel comfortable there anymore and checked out a day early. The front desk person looked up from his phone, told me to put the key cards in a basket and have a nice trip. Never asked how my stay was, or asked why we were leaving early. My family and I will not be staying here again.

Great stay

Everything was great. The only downside was one of the maids walked into our room around 8am on our last day when check out was at 11am. Other than that, everything was good. Great location and perfect view of the ocean/beach.

Enjoyed our stay. carpet in need of cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay. In walking distance or short drive to everything we wanted to visit. The carpet needs cleaning. We had spots on the floor. Staff was very accomodating. The heat in the bedroom was blowing cool air and they offered to move us, but we turned the heat up in the other room and chose not to move.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant. Our only issue was the location of our room. Our balcony was directly above the hot tub (with jets). That's all you could hear from our balcony. We could only enjoy the sound of the ocean between 11pm and 8am when the pool area was closed. We would definitely stay here again and just request a different room.

Million dollar view

The view was awesome, the unit was a little dated but who really cares when you spend 90% of your time at the beach or pool. Our door knob fell off to our entry door and maintenance was prompt to fix it. Everything else was great!

Room 416 in desperate need of updates and repairs

We enjoyed our week. I do have suggestions to improve this condo, though. I'm also a landlord, so these are professional suggestions. The carpet was spongy in only the way a muggy environment could make it. The AC units barely kept the mugginess at bay even when it was only 79 degrees or cooler outside. This turned the tile (which was nice) in the kitchenette and bathroom into a slipping hazard. It also made it impossible to dry towels since we weren't permitted to hang them over the balcony to dry. Several of the walls have water damage that need addressed. If housekeeping is not coming into the condos while we stay there (COVID) then a broom/vaccuum would have been nice.

Great Stay

We loved the location, right on the beach with great access. The only bad part of the trip was the Carolina Country Music Festival was going on while there but not the hotels fault, just a crowd i didnt want to deal with. Otherwise, great location and would stay again
