IR101: There's a Woman to Blame, 3BR, 2BA, 8 Guests, 2 Shared Pools, Shared Charcoal Grills, 2 Boardwalks, No Pets Allowed, Golf Cart Accessible, Parking Passes for 3 Vehicles Only

Peak at the waves through the dunes, then walk off your back porch to let the sand tickle your toes. The boardwalk over the dunes is all that's between you and the beach.
Sip your coffee on the back porch at this corner unit in privacy while watching the shorebirds soar over the dunes with beach kites in the background.
You can go for gelato or ice cream, do a little shopping or be at one of Port A's Beach Street restaurants in less than 10 minutes on a golf cart and have a cook prepare your catch of the day for dinner. There are two community pools, multiple grills, sand volleyball, basketball and an on-site laundry facility at your disposal.

With a kitchen equipped by an owner who loves to cook, you'll find everything you need, even a Keurig and crockpot, if you want to stay in. Designed with kids in mind, the “crew's quarters" (BR1) consists of a Twin over Full bunk bed with an extra Twin. The “first mate's” quarters (BR2) contains a Queen, and the “Captain's” suite (BR3) is fitted with a Queen bed and an extra Twin. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower. There is a washer/dryer tucked neatly in the hall for your use during your stay.

End the day on the shaded porch as the kids play on the mowed grass, or head back over the boardwalk for an evening stroll or a fire on the beach.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The host was very interactive, the house was clean & came with all amenities you would want when renting a beach house with family and the location was superb! It was just a 5 minute walk to the beach and you can sit on the back porch with a view of the ocean and hear the sound of the waves!

Great property!

We loved staying here. The property was updated and the location was great. The only thing I wished they had was curtains or better blinds on the windows. It got so light so early it was hard to sleep in. Overall, we would stay here again!

Nice Unit and Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in IR101. The beach boardwalk was a huge plus - we were there with extended family (Ages 8-65) and being able to easily go back and forth from the beach to the unit was wonderful. The unit was very clean and suprisingly spacious. We'd definitely stay there again.

Ideal Getaway Beachfront

Great communication getting booked and checked in. Super clean and we'll equipped for an effortless vacation. Short walk to the beach from the porch and nice back porch to hang out on. Attractive community and pools, volleyball court and tennis court too. Will definitely be looking to visit this property again with my family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ☺️

Perfect family vacay

Perfect family vacation. Short walk over the boardwalk to the beach, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Great pool. Condo was super comfortable and well stocked. Definitely would recommend and will be coming back if possible!
