New Beautiful South Anchorage MODERN Studio comes w/ Full Sized kitchen and refrigerator, Double Oven, Electric Cook Top and Microwave, Luxury Ceramic tile custom bathroom w/ Glass shower and large vanity. This Suite offer Mountain Views. Studios Suite come with 42" HDTV, HD Channel and High-Speed Internet, Free washer and dryer on site with secure entry building and large outside private deck and parking.
We have coffee maker and filters in the suites; however, you will need to bring the type of coffee you prefer with you.
Our Smart TV offer screaming APPS only you will need to have a Amazon, Hulu, Netflix account when you arrive. You will need a Amazon Account for the Smart TV and we prefer you bring your own coffee we will provide the coffee maker and filter.

Very comfy and cozy location. Only suggestion would be to have a sign that clearly shows which door is the office. There are signs for everything else might as well include one for that.

It’s very clean and we had everything we needed. It would be nice to have more than one hand towel for both the bathroom and the kitchen. I would highly recommend this place. We enjoyed our stay there.

Convenient Location

This place worked great for us as we spent most of our time during the days out exploring and touring. It is a quiet location away from the busier part of the city. Fairly central location for the many places we were visiting in and around anchorage. Really close to the golf course and zoo. It’s fairly small and simple, but it was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Shower is good. Didn’t hear much from neighboring guests. TV worked great, access to several streaming apps. Check in and out was easy, no confusion.

This was a reasonably priced option for Anchorage.

Location good but bed needs help

The bed was saggy in the middle and needs some help. The towels were not made of a fabric that wicked moisture well. There were no spices or coffee or any extras in the kitchen. We mainly stayed there at night and luckily didn’t have to prepare meals there. Road noise was obvious

Convenient, if a few minor issues

This is a super convenient location, just a short drive off the main highway. Unfortunately, I had to invest in a sleep mask since there were no blackout curtains. We also tried to turn on our ceiling fan by remote late one evening and after a few moments of the fan and light turning off and on of its own accord, we surmised that a neighboring suite must have had the same installation and our remotes were working on each other’s units - so ultimately we couldn’t customize the fan speed and ceiling light. Bed does that central caving thing so two people tend to roll toward each other when in bed. Also could have done with another pillow (only two provided). Very clean place and cool rain shower head (pressure was a little low), as well as a single pack of Tide for laundry and good shampoo/conditioner! Nothing particularly bad about the place, though I’d likely try somewhere else before staying here again.
