Summary:
Location, location, location!!! This condo is in the heart of one of Anchorages most sought after neighborhoods with views of the ocean from the port style windows, walk to everything in downtown, right across the street from Elderberry park and the start of the coastal trail. This well appointed condo is sure to impress every traveler!

The Space:
This middle level executive style condo with open concept kitchen, living, dining. Amazing ocean views are sure to Impress.

The front entrance to a building provides access to 3 condo units in a shared stairwell. Condo is middle unit in the building with views of the inlet.

Guest Access:
Lockbox by common/ shared main door, keys provided. Go up stairs to first door, unit is middle unit.

The Neighborhood:
Bootleggers cove is one of Anchorages most sought after and prestigious neighborhoods for access to downtown dining, shopping, along with incredible sunsets and ocean views.

Getting Around:
Easy Walk to most that is offered in downtown

Other Things to Note:
This is street parking only (plenty available).

We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.

This was a beautiful apartment. Close to downtown, a park where my kids played, beach and the Alaska coastal train. The home is very well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again

Great location and amenities.

This was a great place for a family of 4 adults. It was close proximity to both downtown and midtown. The property was clean and had all the amenities you would need. Communication between the owner was timely. I would highly recommend this location.

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic night in the condo, it was impeccably clean and in a fantastic location. My daughter’s particularly enjoyed the large, comfy window seat with lovely views. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Overnight in Anchorage

This was ok for a quick overnight in Anchorage before moving on. It would not have worked well for our family for any more nights. We did not find a twin bed in the common room and one of our kids ended up sleeping on the couch.

Spacious, well-equipped, comfortable and convenient

We really enjoyed our stay at Bootlegger Casa! The location was perfect to walk downtown for shopping and food. Very comfortable, well-equipped for cooking a few meals.

The condo was very well equipped, nicely updated and very clean. It was very comfortable for a family of four. Location is great also and walking distance to many places. Though short, we enjoyed our stay.
