Whether you are looking to enjoy a quick getaway in order to unwind or establish a new setting for your extended Edisto vacation, this villa has all you need for a memorable experience. A restaurant is just next door for an opportunity to dine on the creek. Stay for a while and renew your love for a real escape.

THINGS TO KNOW
This vacation rental is located in Bay Creek Villas. Boats, trailers, and golf carts are not allowed.
Bay Creek pool is open seasonally and is generally closed from October - April.
This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great Condo

Had all the room a family of 6 could need. It was nicely decorated and the furniture was great. Loved the 2 swivel rocking chairs in the living room, loved the balcony, loved the pool and loved the master shower. Awesome place. Would stay again.

Property in dire need of maintenance, zero response from property management

Not what was expected, very disappointed. The whole place smelled musty upon arrival. Sliding door in master was broken, no sign saying not to open it. The first night I was kept up all night due to it not being sealed tight, so wind whistled through the gap all night. The second night it dropped into the 30s…the heat works fine in the living room and kitchen; but bedrooms were freezing. The master has 2 doors for 2 separate balcony’s…the slider that won’t close and the other has no weather stripping so you can feel cold air coming in. I set on hold for the after hours property management for an hour and a half, no one ever answered. Thankfully it was cold when we left our home state so we had extra blankets. Shower curtain rod broken, outlet covers detached from walls, toilet paper holders loose and falling, tv remote in living room only works if you hold it in this one spot close to the TV, shower curtain in master doesnt fit so the bathroom floor gets soaked when you shower, the list goes on. Do not recommend, wouldn’t stay here again until under different management and repairs made.

Edisto life.

Use to visit twice a year in the 80's &90's. Been awhile 20+ yes. Although there has been much development the island has held on to its quite and laid back atmosphere. No hotels/motels, fast food joints. If you want to slow down and truly relax the medicine is the Edisto life.

Beautiful Views

Spectacular view and easy access for my elderly mother! I wish she would have had more options on the television, as she stayed in the villa all day. Previous stays provided more options. Would also have loved a king bed in the master. We love Edisto and will always return!!

Great view and location

Perfect spot to spend time on the beach and see the barrier islands. The condo needs some updates, but it’s got everything a family needs and a fabulous view!

Spring break

We came to edisto to unplug for spring break and it was the perfect spot. This condo was beautiful and the view was stunning!!! Plenty of places to sleep and a full kitchen made it so enjoyable for everyone! We will definitely return!!

Great long weekend

We love Bay Creek Villas. We had a wonderful time here. The view is excellent. The kitchen was very easy to work in and supplied well. Beds were comfortable. Everything was cleaned. Carpet in the bedrooms needs replaced, old and worn but a minor issue for us. We will definitely stay here again.
