This lovely and spacious second-floor condo featuring a private staircase is nestled among the beautiful live oaks and palmettos in picturesque Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. The screened porch offers a front-row seat on the Plantation Course’s 18th fairway which is perfect for taking in the abundant wildlife like herons, egrets, turtles, and more. This condo is just what you need for an unforgettable getaway to unwind and experience the kind of relaxation that can only be found on Edisto Beach. The updated kitchen features full-size appliances and beautiful granite countertops. A bright and poised interior is beaming with joyful sunlight and charisma providing a lovely reminder that you are at the beach and to savor the peace of your vacation. Enjoy one of Wyndham's three pools, playground, and fitness center for an additional fee.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort.
The fireplace is not operational.
Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.
This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Family Fun

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Fairway Watch. It was a perfect spot for our family of four. The kitchen was updated with new appliances and plenty of amenities. The bathrooms were also newly updated. Nice and spacious floorplan with screened in porch and rockers! Lovely view of the 18th fairway. Easy drive to beach access! Great location near restaurants. This is 2nd story with a pretty steep flight of stairs just so you are aware, but it was manageable for everyone! Very reasonably priced for a long weekend! We would definitely go back!!

Easy to check in. Provided 2 keys. Two story walk up in Ocean Ridge resort. Met our needs - able to eat and congregate together plus pet friendly. Breakfast room was comfortable. Family room was spacious enough. Furniture was comfortable. Balcony was a nice size with screens. If all adults are staying in the house, should know that it is a bunk bed set-up and trundle bed set up for the 4 twin beds in second bedroom. Suggestions for improvements: provide new glass coffee pot as one in home had hole and crack in it, firmly set the kitchen sink faucet in the granite so that it does not move around, clean the well loved upholstered melon colored chair in family room, may want to add more baking sheets in the kitchen as there was only a circular pizza pan and a valentines heart cookie sheet. Would stay again.

Great location and place, but hot stay

Overall, the place and location were fantastic. The AC just couldn’t keep up with the summer heat, one day the temperature inside was 78 degrees. By the middle of the night, the unit finally cooled down.

2 week stay

Air conditioning did not cool properly, no working ice cube maker, freezer would not even keep ice cream or bread frozen, storm debris was left for 6 days, no working batteries in tv remote, internet needed to be fixed, stairs were dangerously steep. Other than that the area was clean but needed updates. Would not stay again.

Relaxing trip with the pups

We love the porch. We spent countless hours in the rocking chairs with coffee, tea, or wine reading, listening to music, and watching the deer. We lit a candle and just enjoyed the peace. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We used the kitchen every day and didn't find it lacking any utensils. I loved having the washer and dryer, too. We were heading back home after Hurricane Nicole hit where we live and we didn't know if we would have power. It was nice to leave with clean clothes. Thank you, Vacasa, for having properties that allow pets. It was a joy being able to bring out little buddies with us.

Getaway to Edisto Island

Location was very nice. View off the balcony overlooks golf course which was peaceful. Saw lots of wildlife. The condo was decorated nicely with updated and well stocked kitchen.

Needs just a little TLC

We love visiting Edisto each year. This was our first time staying at 295 Fairway Watch. It was a good location to watch the deer, golfers, and other wildlife. The area is nice and quiet and we love the homey feeling of staying in the Wyndham. The condo was nice, but could use just a little TLC! The following information is not given as a complaint, but just Vacasa and the owners are aware. The hallway bathroom had 2 out of the 3 light bulbs burned out, the hall bathroom commode runs constantly unless you remember to jiggle the handle each time it is used. Several of the kitchen cabinet doors need to be tightened. The queen bed screws have been stripped from the headboard so it shakes and hits the wall whenever you move in the bed. The rugs look like they could use a good cleaning ... there are very obvious pet stains all over the rugs. Several of the walls look like they need to be wiped down too. However, the condo is very cute and nicely decorated. It was clean and there was no smell that you would get with dogs staying. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy. The screened porch is great! The kitchen had all of the dishes, pots and pans needed. We would stay here again!

Cute little, relaxing condo on golf course

Enjoyed the view from the screened in back porch watching the deer, birds, and golfers! Very clean and nicely decorated. It was fully equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, and in bathroom and bedrooms- plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. So happy to have been able to bring my 13 year old dog as well.

This property needs some serious updating. Also, you need to be aware that there’s 75 degree requirement on the a/c. If you like to sleep in a comfortable temperature, don’t go here. There were also bugs in the towels and roaches inside. Not at all what it seems in the pictures. Would not book again.
