Sand By Me offers coastal casual style and overwhelming character in an amazing, second-row location. Renovated in the winter of 2017, this classic beach cottage has all the charm and comforts you need for a dream vacation. An open beachfront lot in front of the home provides direct views of the Atlantic shore from the main living area, the dining room, and the main bedroom.

The bright interior is beaming with joyful sunlight, providing a lovely reminder that you are at the beach and to savor the peace of your vacation. No detail has been overlooked to ensure your comfort. Internet access and flat screen TVs with Roku will keep each guest entertained if a brief afternoon shower interrupts your sunny day on the beach. Sit back and relax in the shade of the screened porch while taking in views of the ocean and pelicans flying by in formation.

Downstairs, the separate exterior entry was completely overhauled in the fall of 2018 and features a second living area, a full kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an additional laundry area. From the house to the shore is only a quick walk across the boulevard. Take a break from the daily grind, come on down, and get on island time!

Upstairs and downstairs are two separate spaces with separate entrances. The home doesn't have interior stairs connecting the two floors. You will need to go outside to enter each floor.
Due to this home's location on Palmetto Boulevard and per the Edisto Beach Police Department, golf carts cannot be driven to or from this property

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
