Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is as described. We had 2 families in the house and it provides plenty of gathering space. Sauna is a big hit for our family. Even with the lack of snow we were able to ski in/ski out. The home was very clean and check in/check out was very easy. Communication was top notch from River Ridge staff. This was our second time renting this house and look forward to staying again.

It was a wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood with fantastic news of the ski hill. Our entire group was pleased with the cleanliness of the stay and the cooperation of the management company. We would definitely be planning on staying again thank you very much.

Exceptional property and location!

Simply the perfect spot to walk on/off the slopes with exceptional property. Heated floors in bathrooms, beautiful great room and spacious for our crew of 13!

There was plenty of room for our party of 12 and the location to the ski slopes and ease of access, was amazing; especially traveling with kids. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for a group that likes to cook. We will definitely stay here again and in fact, we already booked for next year!

Great layout, fantastic amenities, large living room area for all to engage together. Access to ski slopes was great (took a little to figure it out). Perfect lodge Perfect location - just need more money to come back!!

Timber Lodge is simply fantastic, a little more room then we needed for 5 Adults :-) Rooms spread over 3 floors, all bedrooms lovely 3 doubles. With the other two rooms multi bed but all large. All bathrooms great a couple as you would expect with a few more frills. For us not quite ski in ski out - but barely 100metres gets you on the slopes. Early morning stroll up hill and through gap in lodges round the corner. About a 10 metre walk through snow. The private bus - shared with others on the road and ski hill 1 worked a treat. Log on to the app .. before you book gives an indication of how long so you can be ready - may pick up others on the way; we used every day with no probs. River rentals support and advice was great - highly recommend. Didn’t use the concierge for food, from UK and although would have been super convenient the charges just seemed out of proportion (not river rentals). We asked the taxi to stop off at the City Marketon the way in. Hot tub, sauna, pool table and a open space kitchen, dinning and living areas to die for. This for us was a return trip to Breckenridge after 30years - and the area and the lodge were a complete triump. Liked the black tie skis service to the door - prompt and just great people. I could go on - but think you get the idea we loved the lodge, RR service the skiing (not all open - but enough). Just fab - downside we should have booked at least 10 days!. Would get a U.S. sim or check your code to use local delivery apps

Very comfortable, tons of space, and fully equipped for large family meals. The location was absolutely perfect for skiing, we were able to ski right back to the driveway on days when it snowed. The private shuttle was awesome and always arrived within 10- 20 minutes. We really appreciated the quick responses from the rental team when we texted with questions. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing house in the mountains to spend a family vacation

There were 8 of us, including 3 kids and 2 grandparents- this place had SO much room for us all. The kitchen was amazing and had every convenience and cooking tool. The furniture, bedding, even window coverings were all high end. I can see this location being amazing for winter ski in-ski out- for a summer stay it wasn’t necessary to be on the slopes and was a 5 minute drive into town, but views were beautiful. We loved watching sunrises from the large living room and enjoying the how tub in the evening after days on the mountain. There is a cigarette smell on the bottom level of the home, but I can tell it’s working on being address with an air purifier down there. We had a lovely time and would absolutely stay here again!

Nice home, great for families & friends

Easy check-in process. Only a 3 minute drive to peak 8 or a 100 yard walk to the slopes if you want to ski down to peak 8. Stayed with another couple and our daughter-- plenty of space with nice living area.

Spring break trip

Beautiful home with amazing views! A few issues with access to the shuttle, fireplace in family room didn’t work, coffee machine didn’t work great, needed cleaning. Listing indicates laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent were included which is basically whatever’s left from the previous renter. The hot tub and sauna were perfect after a day of skiing! We thoroughly enjoyed the big kitchen! Used “key concierge” to get a few groceries before we arrived! I’d highly recommend doing this(a little pricey) but happy to have when we arrived. Entry access to home was very easy! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Luxurious ski retreat

Timber trail was a pleasure in every way. The house is spacious and comfortable. It’s an easy walk to the mountain to start your ski day and and skiing back to the end of the heated driveway can’t be beat. The hot tub, pool table, and multiple fireplaces perfectly complimented our ski vacation.

The home had enough space for all of us and had a fully equipped kitchen. There were not enough bath towels, pillows or extra bedding to accommodate the sleeper sofa bed. The home is in pretty good condition, but could use some sprucing in areas, especially for the luxury listing it promotes.

My wife and I 'took the main level master' and sons 'flipped' for the larger bathroom upstairs. Granddaughters too the lower level. No complaints. Great living space, kitchen, dining room, hot tub, and more. Management was responsive on one small issue, and it was a home run all the way to departure. Breck is amazing in summer, as expected. We LOVED the shuttle service, One Ski Place, and the town. Do it!
