Clean, modern and newly RENOVATED condo on US #1 Private Siesta Key Beach

This condo offers the best of all worlds, with cleanliness and steps from the private beach. Avoid the crowds of the public beach in this beautiful private beach with the lounge chairs already at the beach for your convenience. Literally yards from the beach, exit the ground floor condo and walk 100 yards to the gate to the private beach. Only 2 miles from the village, with an easy close by trolley stop just outside the complex. Beach cart, umbrella, cooler, beach toys and towels provided for your convenience! Look no further. If traveling with multiple families, other condos available so you can all be close together at same private beach. Ask me!

One bedroom with comfortable king size bed, duvet and duvet covers, so no dirty comforters here. Additional queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably sleeps 4. Full sized kitchen with all appliances and kitchen needs to make you feel at home.

This ground level unit provides easy in and out access without busy lobbies or elevators to deal with. A day at the beach should truly be a day at the beach and this unit will provide you with that comfort!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Accurately listed, clean, all amenities as described. Had 1 minor issue, messaged host (Lisa) and she took immediate action. Great location with beach steps away. Over all fantastic experience!

The place was perfect, clean, with all the amenities needed beachside. Loved the little walk to the beach, there were plenty of chairs on the beach during our stay. Kids appreciated the memory foam mattress topper for the pull out.

The condo was lovely! Newly renovated, so everything is new! The kitchen was very well equipped, and served us well during a 2-week stay. The living room was very comfortable and had good entertainment technology (important to me). The bedroom was awesome - we loved having a king-size bed, and plenty of storage in a dresser, chest, and closet. There was plenty of beach equipment, including a wagon and umbrella. All of the systems (air conditioning, ceiling fans, hot water) worked perfectly. We've stayed in this same complex several times before, but this was by far our favorite condo!

The unit is small but cozy and well appointed. The host is attentive and answered our questions very promptly. It’s an easy walk to the beach- a gorgeous wide expense of soft white sand.Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. All kinds of services to make your stay fun.

Our check in was smooth and easy. The condo was updated, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was a great temperature and well maintained. The beach was stunning and the perfect fall vacation for our 4 and 6 year old. They loved taking the trolley into town, playing in the sand and the ocean. We would absolutely book again.

The Oystercatcher cottage was an A+! It has great amenities. The screened porch with the fans was very comfortable. We enjoyed the games in the evenings after dinner. The beach cart was very functional and hauled all the provided beach supplies easily. Today we are going to try the kayaks!

Loved location as it was in the middle of south siesta and the village. We rented bikes so made it easy to go to either area. Enjoyed having an umbrella, wagon and chairs to use for the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We have visited siesta for the last 5 years and stayed in the same area and this stay was the best! The condo was beautiful, and exactly as pictured! Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. We had plenty of towels and other supplies for our stay. The beach towels and chairs were a plus since we flew there. I would recommend this to anyone and will definitely be back!

It is a ground floor, convenient and easy in and out, no stairs to climb. Beautifully decorated and updated and the private beach is just a few yards away. Convenient and no streets to cross.

All the comforts for a great vacation will be provided for you in this condo. Close to the beach, the chairs at the beach already for you. I provide a beach cart, cooler, umbrella, beach towels and toys. Recently added a wireless bluetooth speaker kept on top of the shelf behind the front door, please leave it there upon check out!
