Beautiful apartment in fantastic location

Beautiful, spacious apartment located steps from great restaurants and shops. We greatly enjoyed our stay in beautiful Nice. The terrace is lovely and all rooms are well-appointed. The hosts provided great recommendations and were fantastic.

Nice with Family

Beautifully appointed apartment in a great location. We received excellent and timely support even as our plans shifted unexpectedly resulting in a late (9pm) arrival. The parking lot is very close and public transport to the airport even closer. We were welcomed with a personal note with thoughtful gifts for the whole family. I highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Nice with more than 4 people. Thank you for helping make our visit grand!

Unable to stay

Our experience wih the Offenbach property was very negative. Upon arrival, three vagrants were loitering about the entrance and verbally harrased my daughters while I parked. A fourth drunk man leered at them walking past on the street. The building is located next to a run down, construction site and dead foliage. The online photos of the exterior showed lovely buildings and trees next to the property. The photos are quite misleading. Upon entrance into the property, we immediately noticed the bathrooms were not clean, the beds were lacking, just mattresses on bed frames as opposed to beds with nice headboards and bedding as shown in the listing online. The most significant interior issue was the odor from the kitchen. It was nauseating to the point of making the unit uninhabitable. We reached out to the host that day and received no respoonse. We had no choice but to secure safe and livable accommodations elsewhere. For a family of six, it was extremely inconvenient, expensive and challenging during peak tourism season. The host finally reached out to us after two weeks and several complaints to VRBO. Rather than assist in rectifying the situation, they became obstinate and refuted our claims. We very much wanted to stay at this property but the safety of the area and the condition of the unit precluded that. We have had nothing but successful, problem-free stays with VRBO, dating back to its incepiton.This is the first time we were unable to stay at a VRBO property.

Lovely apartment in Nice

Beautiful apartment. Spacious bedrooms. Great outdoor space. It is on the 2nd floor with no lift, so if you can’t get luggage up 1 flight of stairs, it might be a problem for you.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable

Большое спасибо! Это жилье было просто идеальным. Квартира и терраса так же прекрасны в реальности, как и на фотографиях. Нас тепло встретил очаровательный консьерж, который показал нам все вокруг и дал подробные объяснения. Все было безупречно чистым и ухоженным. Терраса была просто вошетительная, я проводила замечательне вечера на ней. Жаль только, что у меня не было больше свободного времени, чтобы насладиться ею в полной мере. Невозможно не упомянуть об исключительном расположении! В нескольких минутах ходьбы находятся многочисленные рестораны, пляжные клубы и общественный транспорт. Это жилье в моем списке на первом месте, теперь если отдыхать в Ницце то только в этой квартире.

Terrasse incroyable ! Encore mieux que sur les photos !

Cet endroit est réellement charmant, doté de chambres spacieuses et confortables. L'hôte était extrêmement sympathique. La cuisine était bien équipée, avec une attention particulière portée à la fourniture d'articles tels que des huiles d'olive, du sel, du poivre, des mouchoirs, et même quelques provisions supplémentaires, ce qui est assez rare. Des bouteilles d'eau ont également été mises à disposition. L'emplacement est idéal, permettant de tout faire à pied, et l'adresse est bien connue. L'endroit demeure un séjour incontournable, à recommander sans hésitation. Ne songez même pas à réserver autre chose, vous allez adorer. J'ai oublié de mentionner qu'ils disposent d'un barbecue sur la terrasse, qui est vraiment exceptionnelle avec une autre salle à manger et d'immenses canapés, parfaite pour des soirées en famille et entre amis. Heureusement, ils ont également la climatisation, ce qui était indispensable lors de notre séjour.

Magnifique séjour !

Nous avons passé un super moment avec mon mari et mes enfants ! La terrasse est immense, splendide et très agréable surtout avec mes jeunes enfants L’appartement est très fonctionnel et décoré avec goût . Le must, juste à côté de la mer et du centre ville et notre hôte Acceuillante et très réactive Je recommande vivement ! Merci à francesca et à très bientôt !
