Great location and the space was great. Just beware, there is an additional 200 euro fee on top of the booking price that you must pay in cash when you get there.

Right on the beach, right on the price. Not many frills but just enough extras to be comfortable. Twin breeds appear to be more appropriate for kids than adults. View is good but I wouldn’t call it panoramic.

Hi Patrick. Our 2 single beds twin size are 190x90 cm as in my webpage. This is standard for single bed size. Suitable for adults or children. We leave mini toiletries like hotels and fully equipped kitchen 2 hairdryers Nespresso coffee machines so not sure what u mean by extra frills. I wish u specified as always appreciate feedback to improve the experience. We make sure flat is spotless clean and comfy beds sheets towels etc. I usually change yearly. Will be going in Nov to do end of season Regarding panoramic view Since we r right by the beach and first floor above ground we boast the best view since it’s a corner flat having windows with view from all rooms. Living kitchen area alone has 4 large windows. If u r looking for panoramic as is full circular view then u need to book high up back in the city or up in the mountain away from the beach. But thanks for taking the time to review. Hope u had a great time.

Frances met us at the apartment to show us around and was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. The apartment is very comfortable and exactly as pictured. There is a grocery store just a short five minute walk, as well as, lot's of cafe's to enjoy. Old Town is a twenty minute walk and we enjoyed the evening market where we found some great souvenirs from local artist. Nice is busy and crowded and this apartment is a great spot to people watch. We enjoyed our time there.

Great place and great location!

Great place right on the promenade, about a 10-15 minute walk to the old town. You are right on the public beach or can use a private section where you can rent beds. Place was very clean, ac worked very well and Frances was great with the check in process .

The property was in a perfect location close to the beach and a 20 minute walk to the train you can take to other places near Nice. It was clean & spacious with the main bathroom having one of the biggest showers we’ve seen in Europe.

Riviera vacation

Apartment was exactly as shown. Very clean and spacious in a great location. The beach clubs across the street do create noise at night which can be heard in apartment, but location and views of water made up for it. All in all a great place to stay in Nice. I would definitely stay again.

Stunning location and wonderful place to stay. Great location too, across the street from the beach and close to supermarket and restaurants. There is an additional 150euro fee for cleaning not listed in the original pricing on the app but this is communicated via email after booking. Only recommendation would be to include this in the Vrbo platform instead for no confusion.

Beautiful apartment!

We loved staying in this beautiful apartment! The view from the living room was amazing! So wonderful to sit in a lovely apartment with air conditioning and enjoy the views of the beach and the Promenade de Anglais while sipping wine in the evenings. The location is perfect--with a short walk to Old Nice. We loved our accommodations and highly recommend this apartment to all.
