This is a fully furnished resort-style 5 bd/5 bath sleep 12 vacation home being professionally decorated and have been properly maintained. The townhouse has a great layout that allows for entertaining on one level and family time on the other. In addition, there is a private splash pool with a separate bath access and a spacious lanai for entertaining. And don't forget the property has a detached 1 stall garage with alley access to give even more storage. The community amenities include 8000 square foot resort-style clubhouse, resort-style heated pool and spa, lazy river, fitness center, poolside cabana's, on-site store, playground, volleyball, tennis, basketball, game room, restaurant, bar, relaxing lounge area with indoor/outdoor fireplace, TVs and much more. Great place

We had a ball. The kids loved the pool, (of course) and it was so easy to find. The house was clean upon arrival and the bedroom downstairs was great for grandma.

Just as advertised

This place was perfect for my family getaway to Disney. Only negative thing was the parking which was limited but as long as you only have one car then you are good. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location but poor customer service and response time

My family (total of 8) stayed at this property for 9 days. Upon booking, the property manager had great communication and sent us all of our confirmation information before we arrived. We got to the property very late and we noticed soilage on some of our sheets and pillows. However, we reached out and didn’t let that get us down since we were going to be there for 9-10 days. After day 5 we reported that the AC was not cooling and that we could not sleep at night. We took a picture of the thermostat each day and it stated the same thing that the AC was not cooling and that temperatures were elevated. By 3-5 degrees. To give an example we would have it set to 69 and the house could not go cooler than 75. The Orlando weather reached almost 98-99 degrees our last 5 days and the house would sit at 82 degrees
