Upscale townhome located near the BEACH, with a heated pool located right out the back door! The pool is shared with 5 units. This 3 bed 3 bath home sleeps 10 comfortably and comes with everything you will need to have a wonderful relaxing stay in Port Aransas. Master suite , kitchen, and laundry all located on lower unit with no stairs. Upstairs has 2 separate rooms each with its own bathroom. Small common area upstairs with a tv and fold out sleeper is a great place to relax after the beach!

AWESOME LOCATION

My son, dil and grandson along with my children and wife, had an amazing stay! Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the pool! Close to the beach, getting a golf cart to and from the beach is recommended. Will return

The condo was beautiful and well decorated. Very spacious with plenty of room for our family. The down fall was it was not very clean, hair in beds and dirt and trash left in drawers. The main gate was broken so the other tenants kept using our gate entrance and they were not friendly about it.I notified the host and he did respond quickly which I appreciate.

Wonderful Getaway

Our stay was perfect! The location is close to everything and very convenient! The house is beautiful. Everything was very nice. The beds were super comfy! All in all it was a great trip!

Great beach house for large groups.

Wonderful house! The upstairs had a perfect amount of space for our group of 10 and everything was in close driving distance. Had a great stay.

Always a great stay!

I have stayed here a few times. Always a great check in and out process. Love the pool and the house. My family and I will be back 2-3 times a year. Great weekend getaway spot!

Amazing Hospitality and Comfort

Although we only stayed for one evening and two days, we had a wonderful time. Our host, Chaz was very informative and provided a very well maintained, clean, updated and comfortable home.

Quick trip to celebrate son’s birthday and visit family

I wish I could sell my home and live in this place. It is beautiful, relaxing, conveniently located and the lay out of the house, furniture, and decor were perfect for what we needed. The property manager/owner was quick to respond to any messages. Thank you for a great stay!

Coastal Townie Trip

The Townhome was beautiful! The common area with only being shared by the few surrounding townhomes was quaint and more of an intimate setting with the other guests and not a huge crowded pool with a ton of people. Only slight issue was parking. Very limited parking spaces for guest parking and golf carts.

Awesome Heated Pool!

My family of four (kids ages 12 and 14) needed a place to stay before our deep sea fishing trip for only one night. It can be challenging to find a rental for only one night but boy did we score big with this place! The property is beautiful, clean, well decorated, and in a great location in town. The large rooms were way more than we needed for just the four of us but it was so nice to be able to spread out and relax after an afternoon on the beach. We grilled some steaks on the provided grill, and swam in the wonderful heated pool! It was huge bonus to be able to swim outdoors in late December! The hosts made check in and check out a breeze, and the condo provided everything we could have needed. We highly recommend this property for short or long term stays!

Beach Retreat

The property owner communicated well and was easy to reach. He took care of the only problem we had promptly with the TV not working. There were a few cleaning issues, but I assume with his responsiveness to our other inquires he will address those for future tenants. The property is a very well stocked kitchen. The pool was heated and very nice feature of the property.

Short get away

Found this listing on VRBO as I was looking for something for a 1 night stay for my son’s 18th birthday. I got into town a little early and Chaz accommodated us to open the door a little early. I really appreciated the accommodation since I am a single mother to 4. The pool being right outside the back door was great because I could be in the kitchen while my kids were outside. It’s pretty quiet and not loud. The main road being right outside didn’t phase us at all. The cars weren’t loud at all. I loved that there were even some pods for the washing machine. I forgot mine, so that was nice to have handy! I fell in love with the Nest scent in the bathroom. A nice touch to the bathroom that I will now have to buy myself. The sleeping arrangements were great and the bunk beds were awesome! Definitely recommend this property and host.
