We love Wilmington and are delighted to share Downtown Abbey with out-of-town guests so they can experience our vibrant, magical riverfront city! We respect your privacy and if we're in town, it's possible we may meet you upon check-in to show you around. Otherwise, we're always available, via text or phone, to answer any of your questions or concerns.

We've created this space so you may enjoy exploring our beautiful historic downtown and then return to relax in a safe and comfortable place. A detailed House Manual is located inside the Abbey and a Google Hub lets you control the thermostat and Nest speakers and see who's at the doors.
この宿泊施設の特徴
1 King BDR with private full bath, 1 Queen BDR with full bath share. Lux linens, blankets, quilts & plush towels are provided. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap, Washer/Dryer, hair dryer, curling iron, iron & ironing board.
There is free, off street parking for 2 cars directly behind the Abbey as well as an Electric Vehicle Charging Station. Please ask host for details.
Central Heat/AC. All rooms have ceiling fans, window blinds & TV's (65"/50"/32") Complimentary Netflix, digital antenna & Nest Speakers.
We have a REVERSE OSMOSIS (RO) Filtration system for chemical free ice & drinking water. The kitchen is fully equipped and has basic essentials: coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil & vinegar.
The house is on 1 level except for a 2" step up from the mud room into the kitchen.
