Master bedroom has king bed with ensuite dual-sink bath and spacious walk-in closet, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, and 3rd bedroom has twin bed and desk space - all with premium mattresses. Dedicated laundry room with full washer/dryer set, two car garage, and covered private back patio. Fully equipped and ready to enjoy! Perfect for homeowners needing a residence between selling and buying, employees on temporary work assignment, or those wanting to discover Arizona in the comfort and privacy of a great home. Ideally located 1/2 mile to I51, 5 minutes to Phoenix Mountain Preserve hiking trails and Roadrunner Park with weekly Farmer’s Market, 8 minutes to golf, 13 minutes to trendy Kierland and Desert Ridge dining and shopping districts, 15 min to Mayo Clinic, 22 min to PHX Sky Harbor. Not suitable for children under 12 or dogs over 20 lbs.

I recently purchased the home as a place to enjoy over the New England winter months and have tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests so they feel at home, whether on a work assignment, transition place, or base for an Arizona adventure. I immediately fell in love with the intimate, tree-lined neighborhood - unusual for Phoenix - of Spanish-style homes where you can walk at night and feel safe. There is a cul-de-sac at the end of the street, providing extra security. It is part of a small HOA subdivision called Sweetwater Cove. The backyard is fully enclosed with a locked gate. The interior, with its vaulted ceilings and room layout, feels bigger than it actually is. The renovated kitchen is very well-designed and easy to work in and well-equipped for the home cook.

You can sit on the back patio and watch the sunset and see the peak of Shadow Mountain in the distance. I love listening to the birds in the morning and often see hummingbirds at the flowers or birdbath. It’s quiet but very well located 1/2 mile from the I51, a major north-south freeway. It is:
