INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

The unit was clean, spacious and had all the amenities our family of six could want. The highlight was the wraparound balcony that had amazing views of the beach and Pier Park but was especially inviting for viewing the New Year’s Eve celebrations!

Great condo.

Great condo, nice location across the street from the beach. The condo could use a couple of improvements. The mattress on the pull out sofa is Horrible. The bed is not level. You could not sleep with your head at the head of bed. It drops down approximately 6-8 inches. It was very rough with 1 sleeper on it, it would be unbearable with 2. A blow up mattress would be much more comfortable. It would be nice to have some common condiments such as salt and pepper. More trash bags are needed and we needed more than one dishwasher detergent packet. We enjoyed the beautiful balcony and the fun pool with the tiki hut. All the bathrooms are very nice. I just wouldn’t recommend that pull out sofa as a place for 2 sleepers. We did have a glitch with the location, above the physical address it said Sunset Beach . Our driver dropped us at Sunset Beach not calypso tower We called him and he was gracious enough to come back and get us. Highly recommended the transport company that you partner with. He is wonderful- Condo Concierge

Perfect 16th Birthday

We decided at the last minute to take a weekend trip to Panama City Beach for my daughter’s 16th Birthday. It was a bittersweet birthday for her. In October she and her father were hit by a drunk driver. Her father didn’t survive and she spent several months in ICU and rehab. The weekend at the beach with her closest friends was a good distraction for her. The property was spacious, clean and just right for our group of 8 people. I loved the fact that it was a corner unit which gave us amazing views of Pier Park and the beach. It was convenient to everything. The check in process was simple, especially considering the fact that we had a late check in. Even though we only live two hours away, we are looking forward to returning for another “staycation” next year.

Nursing school graduation trip

Phenomenal rental. Most comfortable beds we have ever slept in at a rental location. Pictures were accurate reflection of condo. Only downfall was tvs in guest rooms would not connect to wifi, but we did not report it because we were having fun and we’re not concerned with tvs. Five Stars! Hands-down! Would highly recommend.

Spring Break Family Trip

Absolutely amazing unit. Immaculately clean and well appointed. The property staff were courteous and prompt. It is perfectly located away from the busiest part on the "action" but right beside Pier Park and in the middle of the most activities. There are jet ski rentals on-site as well as any beach items you may need. Parasailing was walking distance. Outlaw rentals is 4 doors down if you want a golf cart or a slingshot. Our experience could not have been any Better. A huge thank you to our host and we will definitely be back.

Spring break with family

Loved staying in this beautiful condo!! Place is exactly like picture, in fact better! Beds comfortable tvs huge and has everything you need to cook in the kitchen. AC was fantastic and the finishes in this condo were superb. Right beside pier park shops and plenty of places to choose from for food. Downstairs store has food coffee and ice cream! Can’t go wrong staying in this gorgeous unit!!

Comfy cute condo

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and the condo was perfect. Due to weather our weekend plans were a bust but the condo was perfect for the vibe we were going for. Cute, comfy and clean. The wrap around GIANT balcony was worth it all. The view and the proximity to pier point and other places was great. Beds and couch were so comfortable and we all slept and fit nicely. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful view.

First thing first is the view is awesome!!! There is no spices left from anyone so you will need everything (completely understandable considering Covid) the pool attendant at the property was definitely a “Karen” there were a lot of complaints from other pool guest because she made the pool time horrible. That’s not the the host fault more on the Calypso needs to reevaluate their hiring committee. The elevators are super fast so that’s a plus. Being super close to pier park is also a bonus. The A/C worked so great the first 4days of our stay it did give us issues at the end of our stay. it was 80* in our room for the last 1.5 days the maintenance guy came 20 mins after I called and he said it would take some time to cool off (I don’t really think he knew what he was doing and he is the reason it was down for so long ) I did call the company back that evening and they did have an actual a/c company come look at it within a few hrs which cooled it off quickly after they left. It was an inconvenience because we weren’t able to cook in our room the last night because the heat was too much, but it was corrected by the time we got back to the room that evening. All in all it was a wonderful stay!!! We will definitely be back the place is decorated so well and all the little stuff can happen to anyone anywhere.

Great condo with very nice decor and furniture. Pool is awesome and the whole place is very clean. We wish the condo had salt and pepper for our use, but everything was great!
