INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Family Beach Trip

Nice, clean property with spacious room for 6. Pool was larger than expected, but no service, so pack an ice chest. Walk to beach was a little long, but the beach area was well maintained. Close to Pier Park, but also very noisy and lots of traffic.

Cleaning, Towels, Cable

Floors were dirty from the door throughout the entire condo, had to swipe and a lil mopping before feeling comfortable. Cable sucks, submitted 2 work orders, no return call or no one came out. Only supplied us with 2 set of towel for each bathroom so we had to wash twice a day. Description states shower and tub combination for both restrooms that’s not accurate nor is it accurate information about third bedroom sleeping, there is a bunk bed and you can’t get in closet because of high tight the space is

Good location to Peir Park

First off, the Condo was in a good location and easy walking distance to most things. We had 6 adults and 17 year old. To start off our trip we were told check in was at 4pm. We arrived after a 12 hour drive to be told our space wouldn't be ready until 6pm due to cleaning . A little after 6pm we were informed it was ready to go. I dont know what they were "cleaning" because when we walked in there was dirt on floor, the table had dried juice on it, the cabinet handles were sticky and the main bathroom had a dirty floor and pubic hair in the sink and around toilet. There was absolutely no cleaning supplies so I had to purchase that, and clean the place before I felt comfortable. The floors were not mopped at all. I left all the hand soap and dish soap for the next guest. The construction that was next door was annoying but tolerable! Wish we were told BEFORE we booked. 2 mornings the workers above us (I guess getting another condo ready) were screaming to the workers across the way. Very rude at 7am. Other than the cleanliness of the place upon arrival, we enjoyed our stay and will book again.
