Calypso 3 by Pier Park! Third floor 1 BR/ Bunks/ 2 Baths. Amazing views!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo on the third floor of Calypso Tower 3 right beside Pier Park. You can park on the third floor and walk straight into the condo with no elevators or check in needed! So convenient. Walk to restaurants and shopping at Pier Park.

Our condo overlooks the beautiful pool so that you can communicate with your family and friends right from your balcony. You also have a great view of the beach and the Pier! So convenient to everything! One bedroom, bunks, sleeper sofa and two full baths!

This property can be rented by adults age 25 or over. The person booking MUST stay at the property and be responsible for all guests obeying condo and resort rules. Our condo is NOT for parties or gatherings. Registered guests only. No pets or smoking allowed.

Calypso requires a $60 registration fee per vehicle per stay (limit 2). You will receive instructions on purchasing the parking pass online via email. The $60 is paid separately directly to the Calypso Resort Association. This parking pass is required to enter and exit the secured parking garage. After scanning your printed pass to enter, place the pass on the dashboard of your vehicle. If you need more than one parking pass, you must let us know in advance. You will also need to scan the pass when you EXIT the parking garage. If the arm is still up when the car before you exits, just wait until the arm goes back down so that you can scan your parking pass to exit or enter. Do not try to exit while the arm is still up from the car exiting in front of you.

Six wrist bands will be in the condo in the entry foyer when you arrive. Ages 12 and over need to wear the arm bands to access the pool and workout room Make sure all SIX are back in place before you leave at the end of your stay. Any missing arm bands will be charged $50 per arm band for replacement of the electronic arm band.
