The sweeping 300 SF terrace will be a favorite spot for quiet moments and lively gatherings alike. Outstanding Holiday Experience!!

Wonderful Condo, very clean, well furnished. Views of the beach are “right out of a magazine”. Communication and check in was easy. Enjoyed the Beach, Heated pool, and Hot tub. Looking forward to visiting again.

Fabulous holiday

We enjoyed the lovely condo. The condo was our home for the week it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The view is spectacular along with the beach itself. The only thing I would change is the stay should include beach / umbrella service.

Exactly what we needed.

I could not have asked for a better experience. We came down an extended weekend last minute and It was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was beautiful. There was even a welcome box with a few essentials that was just enough for the weekend. Communication with Valerie was great. I will request this condo in the future.

Great stay!

We had a great time on our family vacation. Everything about this trip was great. As previously mentioned in other reviews there are stains on the carpet, but you look over that pretty quickly. The views are great. The size of the property is great. Everything was shockingly very comfortable. There was just the right tools you needed basic living. We prepared appropriately thanks to listing telling us what extras we needed to bring. We would definitely book this again and enjoyed the CONSISTENT communication with Perdido Reality.

Great Rental!

Very nice unit, only real issue is some stains on the carpets. I don’t understand how someone could get these stains on the carpet being that the unit is on the 17th floor. Amazing views, nice furniture & kitchen. Listing the type of coffee filters needed would make for a welcomed first morning. We would come back in a heartbeat.

We love this area and have traveled here 3 times within the last year checking out different properties in the area. This property does have a big tub butbits not a jetted tub as we thought according to the description. Butbspeaking with the reality company we realize its better to go directly to the site to confirm and inquire about what you want. It seemed like it had not been used in awhile. Some what dustythe floors were a lityle dirty dusty not sure which but yiu meeded to keep some type of shoes on.
