Papakea B101 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as a washer/dryer, air-conditioning and more! The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a Queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. The spacious main living area includes Hawaiian theme furniture with tropical decorations and a large flat-screen TV. Stay cool with a split A/C unit and ceiling fans throughout the condo.

The tranquil bedroom featuring a queen size bed and ample storage space and large mirrored closet doors. Just off the bedroom, the spacious bathroom is updated with a walk in shower. This ground-floor unit features a covered lanai with a dining table for 4 and a lounge chair. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping easy and provides additional counter seating for 3. Pack light! This unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

*** Papakea is currently undergoing a property-wide plumbing renovation. This condo is not under repair, however, please note the information below:
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
We have been notified that the project is pending completion, but not guaranteed by June 2026. ***

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

Great spot, beautiful room.

We loved everything about it with a couple minor complaints and one issue. The minor is there was exactly one beach towel per person registered and one was a child's towel (the room sleeps four, four full size beach towels would have been appreciated). The other minor thing was running out of toilet paper and dish soap after four days with two days to go. Felt a bit cheap that we had to buy our own full size replacements (at the not-so-low Maui prices) for two days. The larger issue was the bed was unreasonably high (came almost to my hip bone, about 37 inches). I'm 5'10 and had to climb up onto it and it was very difficult and dangerous for my very disabled husband to transfer onto it and he's 6'0. Other than those things, the room was beautiful and clearly newly renovated, had a/c in both the main area and the bedroom, great location and the grounds/pools/cabanas/etc on the property are incredible.

Maui wants you back!

First trip since fires. Love this ground floor room. Great view of the water. 1 minute walk to pool and ocean wall. New air conditioning worked fabulous. New bed was comfy. Well maintained, well stocked for cooking. Spent more time at the bbq this trip. Had everything we needed. Resort was well maintained as always. Quieter than usual, everyone we encountered was friendly. Resort is housing a few displaced families. They were friendly, some spoke of their personal experiences and how they are moving forward. Volunteered for Humane Society at one of their hubs, was always met with graciousness. The businesses want visitors on the west side, and need visitors. Locals want to get back to work, want to move forward. Lahaina is off limits. Be respectful and stay out of Lahaina. This trip pushed me to explore areas outside my norm, and choose new places to eat. It was a wonderful experience. Volunteering made me feel like I was doing something helpful. Visit the markets and put money back into the area. It's greatly appreciated. Can't wait to come back to the resort.

Great Place

We visited the condo and really enjoyed ourselves. The condo has everything you need and more. All the kitchen gadgets including an air fryer which was great for breakfast cooking. It has beach chairs and other outdoor items which was great. The pool is directly in front of the back patio so going back and forth to the pool to the room when we needed something was simple. The view is incredible, sitting in the patio and enjoying the morning sun with a cup of coffee or a drink and a sunset at night. The bed was very comfy and everything worked perfectly. A highly recommend unit

Great location

This condo is great! We love the location. The property was perfect for our family of 3. The only thing i wish we had was enough toilet paper to last our entire stay and had baggies and aluminum foil maybe cling wrap. I have stayed at many vrbo houses and condos and never had to purchase these items. I am sure if i asked for more tp they would have brought it to us, but i and maybe most people would not want to bother the host for this.

3rd time and still a charm!

Love the ground floor. Especially nice when using the barbecues to walk right back into unit. . Close to pool, beach wall and perfect sunset views. Condo was super clean upon arrival. Looking forward to the next trip back.

Five Star

Loved the ground floor. Great for access to barbecues by pool and seawall. Great views. Had a problem with ice maker, called My Perfect Stays, they took care of the problem right away. New smart tv, signed into our own Netflix/Prime accounts for night time movies. Plenty of dishware, pots/pans, utensils to work with. Definitely coming back again.

The Condo was great

The Condo was great, the only exception was the Microwave went out and portable unit was provided. Using the TV was a experience, getting Netflix was easy but getting local or cable was exercise in frustration. Using the directions in the book gave little help. Suggest finding a more realistic method for cable or regular channels. Overall, nice clean, comfortable stay. We have been coming to Maui (Papakea) starting in the early 90's, always a good stay.

Perfect vacation rental

This condo had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen was well stocked. The property is beautiful and everyone was friendly. We’re looking forward to booking again someday!

Almost perfect

Wonderful location and proximity to the beach! Resort had so many amenities and incredible views: unfortunately the air conditioning unit was leaking and created a pool near the lanai which was a dangerous hazardous environment for my elderly parents so we couldn’t run the air con often which resulted in humid hot conditions within the condo.

Papakea is a nice resort and is centrally located between Lahaina & Kapalua. B101 is in a handy location at the resort and ground floor is user friendly.

Fantastic family trip

My family had such a wonderful time at the Papakea Resort. The resort grounds are stunning, pools and hot tubs are amazing and it’s in such a great location! The room itself was clean and very comfortable and having young kids we loved the ground floor location. Eating breakfast out on the lanai every morning was a memory we’ll always remember. I absolutely recommend this place.

Great property and unit! Very clean, beautiful views

We loved our stay at the Papakea resort. We have stayed in another unit but it wasn’t nearly as clean as this one! We definitely recommend this unit. We loved being able to open the door and see the ocean and walk out to the pool. Great stay!

DAY 1- Exterior of refrigerator was dirty but dealt with that…..Refrigerator was barely blowing cold air. They said there was too much food and the refrigerator “just couldn’t handle it”. They did bring us 2 small refrigerators to take off the load. DAY 2 - Emergency water shut off “on our stack” - of course happened when someone was in the shower; DAY 3: - Sewer backed up into the shower. Plumber said the cast iron pipes were deteriorating. Property manager did allow us to use another unit to shower/go to the bathroom since it was not occupied until the next day. That unit also had issues with the plumbing as well according to my son. My perfect stay offered to rent us a place in Kapalua but….windy, rainy, and a long walk to the beach. Needless to say, we checked out and winged it.

Had a great stay at this condo at Papakea on Maui. All the necessities you will need, super easy ground floor location, close to beach and parking. Spacious, roomy, and stalked with supplies. Close to shopping, beach, and Front st. Would definitely recommend!

This condo is great for accessing all available amenities, just by walking onto the lanai, rather than in and out the front door and around the building. All staff were friendly. Putting green right out front. Beautiful lighting at night. Nice that there are 2 good pools to choose from and we did enjoy the 1 day we used it. Loved the beautiful hula dancing poolside. Given the price point after all hits applied, it would be a courtesy of ownership to provide updated items in the kitchen, such as pots and pans, cooking utensils, kettle, coffee mugs; sleeping pillows. Bed and bath linens were updated and clean. Place was spotless. Lot's of toys inside for all to enjoy. Only musical noisemaking was me on Day7 when I couldn't stop blasting Eddy Money's 2 Tickets to Paradise on our lanai and practicing my hula dancing I had witnessed by the pool earlier. Hah! Only one girl stopped by and had a laugh, & her sister saw Elvis in HA back in the 60's. Everybody else either gave me an unhappy look, or ignored me. So, ya. It's safe....yawn.

This unit is in a great location on the property. Very quiet and easy access to the pool and the putting greens, etc. Really appreciated the extra supplies like paper towels and laundry soap and dryer sheets for our two week stay. There were extra bath towels provided and all of the towels appear to be new and good quality. The downside to this unit is a very small television in the living room, especially when we tried to watch the NFL playoffs. And, the stove and refrigerator are old and worn but worked properly. Some of the dishes had chips in the them and should be replaced. Would stay here again if the television was replaced with one that has a larger screen.

Really liked the ground floor access to the patio and pool. Very happy to find snorkeling and beach equipment. Could use more coffee cups but otherwise had most all stuff we needed!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Papakea B101. The only thing I would suggest is more Tupperware with lids to store leftovers, there were only two coffee cups and we needed an additional one. Toilet paper we were only given two rolls. Other than that it was nearly perfect. Management was very attentive and responded quickly to our needs. Beautiful view of the ocean with amazing sunsets
