The fully equipped kitchen, fitted with modern appliances, is perfect for preparing your favorite meals whenever you feel like cooking.

The bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed, ensures a restful night’s sleep after a long day. High-quality linens and ample storage space are provided for your convenience.

The bathroom includes a shower, a sink, and a hairdryer. Fresh towels and essential toiletries will be available for you.

Enjoy seamless connectivity with Wi-Fi access throughout your stay.

To ensure a spotless environment, the apartment is professionally cleaned between each booking.

Residents of the 8th arrondissement benefit first of all from an exceptional cultural offer. In addition to museums such as the Palais des Découvertes, to satisfy our scientific curiosity, and the Cernushi Museum, dedicated to Asian arts, the district is rich in tourist monuments, such as the Arc de Triomphe, built at the request of Napoleon in the aftermath of the famous Battle of Austerlitz, and the Obelisk of the Place de la Concorde, a work from the Luxor Temple and dating from the 12th century BC. The Petit Palais and the Grand Palais will also surprise you with their impressive architecture and exhibitions. But we don't stop there, the district also houses the official residence of the French head of state, the Elysée Palace, and the magnificent Madeleine Church. For history buffs, come and discover the Chapelle Expiatoire, which was built on the site where Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were buried after being guillotined on the current Place de la Concorde. As for fashion and luxury lovers, they will find their happiness in the boutiques of the Faubourg Saint-Honoré or on the prestigious Avenue des Champs Elysées. For a moment of relaxation, enjoy one of the most beautiful gardens in Paris, the Parc Monceau.

The apartment is located in a prime location, just a short walk from Miromesnil station (1 minute), Saint-Augustin station (6 minutes), and Saint-Lazare station (10 minutes). With its close proximity to public transport, this apartment is perfect for tourists who want to explore all that Paris has to offer.

Please note that late check-in after 10:00 pm will incur an additional charge of EUR 20. Check-in after midnight is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at a minimum.
