The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The living room contains a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Small detour by the Breton district! The 14th arrondissement is a lively district, as Renaud, a worthy representative of the district, has said, the old-France atmosphere is the mostly residential district, but which includes some of the most famous attractions in Paris, such as the Catacombs. As for shopping, opt for Montparnasse which houses a large shopping center. You can also take a walk along rue Daguerre, which will remind you strangely of rue Montorgueil ... You will find bakeries (where you can buy macaroons ... or other French pastries). The borough has many places to eat, but prefer Breton pancakes, less expensive and delicious! You will have no trouble finding them, they are ubiquitous throughout the neighborhood. Looking for a place to have a drink? I advise you "Your air of Brest", a Breton bar, serving different kinds of Breton beers. Try also the "warehouse", a performance hall that also has a restaurant and a beautiful terrace.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Before your check-in we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
