Great little apartment in a residential area of Paris. Lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bakeries very close by. Served by 2 metro lines, one of which a half block away Wi-fi dropped a few times, but not for too long. Things I didn't mind, but could be a negative for some:-All windows face courtyard (often a plus in Paris due to less noise)-Bathroom is a bit tight, but not overly so for Paris- You could faintly hear the Metro passing underground ( didn't bother me, I thought it was kind of cool!)Beatrice was an excellent host - very communicative & flexible. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful apartment near many cafes, bakeries and just one block from a metro station, taking you all over Paris. It was great that the Eiffel Tower was just a half-hour walk away.

Great location and residence

Beatrice was a great host. There were plenty of linens, plugs and supplies. The property was as described and the location steps from the metro and grocery store. Would love to come again

Incredible location, but a bit of a noisy courtyard

Incredible location, right outside the metro, and only a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel tower. Amazing first time in Paris, thank you to Béatrice. She was accommodating when we checked in late due to traffic issues and was extremely communicative. Great place as well, the sofa turns into a single bed which was perfect for our purposes. Unfortunately (no fault of Béatrice) there were a few tenants on 2 evenings that were loudly enjoying themselves in the courtyard until about 2 or 3am. We attempted closing the shutters and windows however we could still hear them and we had to be up at 5am to catch a train on of the nights. All in all, just bring some earplugs in case you run into the same issue. This is a great stay. Highly recommend and loved every minute.

Conveniently Located

Location was great... Could do with a refresh of towels and shower was slow to drain and moldy behind doors. Info on how to get there from Gard du Nord in future would be really helpful to other potential guests.

Cozy for one or two people. Two flights of stairs to go up, no problem. Easy communication with management. Market across the street, bakery at the corner and metro station 1 block away.

Perfect Parisian studio

Communication with Beatrice was superb, the apartment is functional and very quiet at night. The location is right next to the metro station which makes every part of the city very accessible, whichever direction you plan to explore for the day. Neighborhood is wonderful, walkable, with bakeries, lovely restaurants and beautiful streets all around. Several supermarkets right next door, it was a perfect and effortless stay.

Apartment was just the area we were looking for in Paris. The description of property was right on. Metro nearby, plenty of stores,cafe, restaurants close by. Bathroom could be a little cleaner, more/ better towels and dish towels would be a plus. Overall very happy with property

Enjoyable sojourn in the 15th.

Great location in the 15th near Metro Vaugirard. Spacious and comfortable studio apartment with good lighting. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Sunday many were closed but close by on Rue Lecourbe supermarket and other places open. I had luggage so took a taxi to the airport (booked in advance) to avoid stairs in the Metro. Enjoyed my stay here.
