My apartment is in the heart of Paris, right in the 11th arrondissement, just 8 minutes by foot to Place de La Bastille and Opéra Bastille. My apartment sits high above a small and classic Parisian street dotted with local shops and eateries; it's popular with motorists as a detour off Rue de Charonne and is not ideal for those sensitive to loud city traffic.

With large windows that let in natural lights and showcase idyllic rooftop views of the surrounding area. The apartment is fully furnished and has plenty of rustic charm with rustic wooden beams, vintage furniture and an eclectic selection of artwork. The living room is an inviting and airy space that makes this 80m2 size apartment light and airy, with comfortable seating for you to unwind and watch TV. The dining table can fit four easily, and there's a kitchen island with two barstools to have meals or use as a space for meal prep -- the open-plan kitchen has all the essentials to cook full meals. Feel free to make yourself a coffee cup with a complimentary Nespresso Machine.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with a double bed. Both beds are fitted with a dedicated work desk for remote workers. Additionally, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed for an extra two guests.

The bathroom has everything you'll need to freshen up, including a tub with high walls to soak. Clean towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience.

The apartment is professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The 11th arrondissement is a hip, diverse district that draws partygoers to lively bars around Rue Oberkampf and its surrounding streets. It's also home to the Opéra Bastille, the city's main opera house. Foodies and fashionistas flock to the boutiques and vogue restaurants around Rue de Charonne, part of the evolving shopping and dining scene in the cosmopolitan area between the République and Nation squares.

The apartment is within walking distance of public transport, and you can get services like UBER, LeCab and G7 to the apartment.

- 7 minutes to Voltaire Metro (Line 9).
- To Gare Du Nord is 20 minutes by car.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
