The Space:
Absolutely Paradise is a spacious 3+ bedroom home in the Grove by the Sea community. With sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests, close proximity to the beach, and access to 2 community pools and a tennis court, Absolutely Paradise provides a comfortable and convenient stay on 30A for your entire family!

Nestled in the sought-after community, The Grove by the Sea, positioned at the heart of Seagrove Beach, our location is truly unbeatable. Seaside and a variety of restaurants are just a stroll or bike ride away. Embrace the outdoors with miles of paved bike/walking paths right across the street from The Grove's entrance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of all 30A has to offer. Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
Parking for 2 Vehicles.
No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
NO STREET PARKING

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No Pets
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• Exterior cameras present at the home

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

We had an amazing time! It was clean, had everything we needed, and was perfectly located. The beach access was a short walk and my kids enjoyed riding bikes to the square for food and shopping. We have stayed with Kismet Properties twice before and they are wonderful.

Great Place. We had a great time. Only negative was not having a functioning dishwasher all week. Might want to include a couple more of the small bar soaps in the bathroom as well. Really great place and awesome location. If the dishwasher was functioning, I would have given a 5 star review.

Check-in was very simple! The rental company texted us as soon as the unit was available. The rental company also had a user friendly rental guide that answered every question we had.With 3 stories, the adults and children had plenty of room to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. The beds were very comfortable. It had a cozy living space as well. The kitchen had all of the essentials.A major perk was that the house came with 4 bikes to use which was extremely helpful since there is limited parking when traveling to Seaside and other adjacent towns.I highly recommend renting this cute cottage if you want to visit 30A.

Perfect Vacation!

We had a lovely time at this beautiful, cozy home. The bikes were much appreciated, and the location and neighborhood were perfect. Loved playing pickleball on the tennis court and loved the heated pool. The porches on this home were also enjoyed. It was a perfect vacation!

Relaxation Haven

This property is close to the ocean and within biking/walking distance to Seaside and Watercolor. We enjoyed outdoor church in Seaside and also a fabulous concert in the amphitheater. The home is well stocked with all the expected essentials.

Best family beach vacation!

The property is so lovely and beautifully maintained. Spacious and very comfortable for all. Location is wonderful within the neighborhood and the access to the beach. Enjoyed the bikes, the tennis court and the friendly neighbors. Have fallen in love with the area and hope to return soon.

Great Home!

Great home in a great location. Stayed here with my family of 5 during Spring Break 2024 and had a great time. Home is located in a nice secluded neighborhood and is a short bike ride to Seaside. I would def stay here again.

Beach Birthdays

We came to the Seaside/Seagrove area to celebrate my grown children's birthday as we have done for over 25 years. As Atlanta residents, this area has been our happy place for their whole lives and now their children are joining the family tradition. Absolutely Paradise lived up to its name! A spacious, clean home. What we enjoyed the most was the lovely and short walk to the beach and having 2 pools nearby. We spent much time on the front porch visiting since there was lots of privacy in this location. The beach for the house was lovely and not too crowded. Thank you for hosting this memorable occasion for our family. We definitely plan to stay in this lovely home agian soon!

Absolutely Paradise was perfect for our 30A vacation.

Thank you, Kismet Properties, for the easy check-in process and prompt communications. The property was in the loveliest neighborhood. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pools after a long day at the beach. The beach access was so close and convenient to walk or ride bikes. The beach at the access was not overly crowded. I was worried about that prior to arriving. The home was very clean! I so appreciated the cozy bed linens and comfortable furniture. My boys loved kicking back in the evening watching movies. The kitchen was well stocked, and the laundry room has a full-sized washer/dryer which was a plus! The home was spacious, giving our 7 family members enough room. I loved the bedroom configuration; it is great for adults and older children. The loft area was so cute, it does get a little warm at times, but there is a ceiling fan to help cool it. The front porch was my favorite to sit in the mornings. The location was conveniently located to bike to Seaside or restaurants further down in Seagrove. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and we would book the home again.

Beautiful Home

The home was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. Nice privacy on the porch. The pool was very close to the house. Beach a short walk. Steps were quite a bit for the older folks, but we made it. Beach was great, not overly crowded, water calm and beautiful. Had a fun vacation.
