Come relax in this beautiful one bedroom apartment. Close to everything! One block off of The Historic Main Street of Downtown Dunedin. Tons of restaurants, shops, parks and activities super close-by. World Famous Beaches near-by. Whether your traveling for work or fun, there are Lots of fun things to keep you entertained!

*There are 3 apartments on site, they are all available for rent if you have a larger party. They are all separate and private though. Cute & comfortable! Great for work or play. Rest & relaxation. There is no cable but there are two large flatscreen smart TV's (one in Living room & One in bedroom) that have all the main streaming services available.

One parking spot per unit, but there is free street parking available as well as a free public lot nearby for extra vehicles

I am local and available if needed. Contact-free check in/out.

One block off Main and one block from The Mease Dunedin Hospital

Laundry facility is on site and available for 5 day + stays upon request and is used by housekeeping crew & may be used by other guests. Use at your own risk.

Central location is what attracted us to this location. We could walk to dinner, shop and just a short drive to Honeymoon beach. We also appreciated that the site was clean.

In addition to the amazing location, this place has all the amenities that make a stay feel like home, from any appliance you need to smaller touches like Kleenex boxes. This is not our first stay and will not be our last.

Excellent location and house

The location could not have been better and the neighborhood was very quiet. The host was responsive when we had issues. The house was thoughtfully very well equipped for the cold January weather.

Very cute spot in a great location - everything in the downtown area is a short walk. Quiet town, we appreciated this rentals' vibe & location for a nice, quiet getaway from the everyday hustle & bussle of life. Parking spot was a little tight w/ an SUV, bed was very firm but the rental had a good feel & was perfect for myself & my wife.
