Updated condo. King bed plus Queen Sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress! There is a desk in the bedroom.
A screened lanai with seating.
Free WiFi and cable. 2 TVs
The kitchen is fully stocked.
Beach chairs provided.
There is upper deck with lounge chairs, couches and a BBQ grill. Also a small workout area and a small Pool.
There is a small park outside the back.

Visiting Family

Kim’s place is exactly as described. Everything you’d need for your stay. Huge bedroom with comfortable king bed. There’s a queen sofa sleeper in line bing area if needed. Great walk in closet. Nice lanai to relax on with all sorts of beach items. Access to beach is across the street. Trolley right out front if needed. Easy walk to local restaurants and bars. Kim’s response time is immediately. She also checked in a couple times to see how things were. Couldn’t ask for much more!

Great location

Just what I needed for a couple weeks stay. Right across street from Gulf. Large bedroom, plenty of closet space, plus pull out sofa. Communication from owners was great. Convenient location for walking to restaurants and some shops.

Amazing stay! Great Host, Property and Location!!!!

This was definitely one of the best properties we have stayed at, hands down! The place is gorgeous, super clean, well decorated and nicely furnished. The host Kim, is the one of the most responsive, personable and friendly hosts we have worked with! The location is great! The condo is literally right across the street from some of the best Gulf Shores area white sand beaches. The beach access is right across a fast 2min stroll! Also, the property is very centrally located and is a very quick walk or drive to a number of the best rated cafes, and beachside tiki bars and resturants. We literally didn't want to leave! Thanks again Kim! We will be for sure visiting again soon!!!

December stay

Place was cleaned, good location, easy to talk to the owner, it was a very nice place. Excellent location to restaurants and nice drive to Clear Water.
