This spacious cottage-style two-bedroom villa at The Village at Palmetto Dunes is designed to provide a bright and relaxing retreat on Hilton Head Island. The villa's large living and dining area features vaulted ceilings and expansive glass windows and patio doors that showcase serene lagoon views, creating an airy and tranquil atmosphere. The galley-style kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and modern appliances, is perfect for preparing meals. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, cable TV, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and sliding glass doors leading to a private patio by the lagoon. The second bedroom is located upstairs, offering twin beds, cable TV, and access to a guest bathroom downstairs, making this villa ideal for families or small groups.

Surrounded by lush landscapes, The Village offers a host of amenities to enhance your stay. Relax in the heated pool or unwind in the hot tub. The community also features a playground, waterside picnic areas, and BBQ grills for outdoor fun. Just a short walk along the waterway brings you to the wide sandy beaches and the Dunes House Beach Club, where you can soak up the sun or enjoy waterfront dining.

Ideally situated within the acclaimed Palmetto Dunes Resort, this villa provides easy access to world-class golf courses, top-rated tennis and pickleball courts, and a variety of dining options. The nearby general store, along with bike, kayak, and beach rental shops, ensures convenience and adventure. In season, guests can explore the resort and beyond via a complimentary shuttle to the vibrant Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina and adjacent Shelter Cove Towne Center. With scenic bike paths and a central location, this villa is the ideal base for your Hilton Head Island getaway.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Mandatory fees include a reservation fee of US$99 (plus tax), a damage waiver of USD $79, and a cleaning fee of $125 per reservation taken at the time of booking.

- To check-in, bring your valid government-issued photo ID or passport to the Village on-site check-in office. The minimum age required to check-in is 25 years old.

Hilton Head 2022

Overall very happy with stay. Didn’t realize laundry was in a separate building but it wasn’t an issue this time of year. Wish there were area rugs in unit as tile becomes slippery with flip flops. Very disappointed pool was not heated as it became an amenity I couldn't use due to it being very cold. Ironically, hot tub very hot, more so than usual, which made it difficult to utilize.
