Guest Access:

This unit shares the outdoor shower with the other duplex unit. There is a secured access alley between the two units that makes it possible to rent both for parties of up to nine guests. Inquire with us if you are interested in booking both units!



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Mission Beach just 8 blocks from the famous Belmont Park and roller coaster! Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and entertainment leaves you with endless things to do and places to explore! The best part is that it is situated just a few steps from both the beach and the bay! To one side you can enjoy the quiet serenity of the bay - try paddle boarding or simply lay out in the sand with a good book. To the other side, you can grab a surfboard and head to the ocean for some good San Diego surfing! Both sides offer miles of boardwalk - perfect for walking, running, or biking!! Whichever you choose, come home to an outdoor shower and sit out on your patio to watch the sunset like a true local!

-Max 5 People On-Site: Maximum occupancy is 5 people total. To protect our license, no outside visitors or day guests are allowed at any time—there is a strict limit of 5 people at the property at once. We verify guest counts at check-in, and exceeding this limit will result in an immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

-No Parties or Fireworks: Parties, large gatherings, and the use of fireworks are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

-Safety Cameras: For your peace of mind and safety, there are outdoor cameras located at the front door, back door, garage door, and inside the garage laundry area.

-Strict No-Pet Policy: The owner has severe allergies, so we absolutely cannot permit any animals on the property. Thank you for understanding!

-Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

-Good Neighbor Policy: San Diego requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We will send an easy online link to initial and sign this before check-in info is released.
