Relaxing beach home only 300 feet from beach. Screened in outside porch facing ocean. Newly remodeled, 5 beds, 1 pullout couch. Equipped with all accommodations. Downstairs area with BBQ Pit, large table for 10, outside shower, and descent size yard. Also view of Swan Lake on Bay side with Crab Pier for crabbing.
Bring Beach towels, chairs, sunscreen and be ready for a good time.

Perfect beach getaway

After teaching middle school all year, this was just what I needed to relax and celebrate my son’s graduation. The house is beautiful and comfy. We loved how close the house is to the beach. We walked there in a couple of minutes hauling all of our equipment. I’d bring a wagon next time, but it was such a short distance that it didn’t matter. The rain kept us from fully enjoying it, but we’d stay again in a heart beat. Host was easy to contact and quick to respond.

Surfside Vacation

Had a great time at the beach house. Plenty of room for all friends for a planned summer fishing trip. Would definitely come back and stay again. Thanks for a great place for us to relax!

Great location, plenty of space

Cool place to stay during a very hot summer. Really close to the beach. AC was cool and Loaded with games, books, Wi-Fi, and towels. Fun for all family

Beautiful views!!!

Great place to stay, loved the view from the porch upstairs and all the furniture was in great shape. Super close to the beach and you have a beautiful view from the whole house. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing getaway

Just like the listing say about one minute walk to the beach. Was an awesome Fourth of July weekend. Kids loved being at the beach. Loved how close the house was and was nice to relax in the living room after a beach day. Would stay here again. Thanks for a memorable family vacation!

New year’s getaway

My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Stephen’s beach house. The house came with full amenities and was located just a short walk to the beach. I would certainly rent this property again in the near future.
